I am torn @ 50-50 between thigh highs and gartered stockings. I think both are sooooo sexy in minis, when some leg and/or garter thingys show provacatively as one moves, sits. I have so many stockings that what I wear just depends on where my hand goes in the stocking drawer. Except for a couple whte and bone hose, which I wear for special outfits, all my other hose is black or smoke. Black hose, black mini, and bright sain panties like white, hot pink, cobalt, etc. is my typical wardrobe except for 'formal' ocassions!

I used to have thigh high boots in my pre-burlesque days... I always found them to be a bit of a pain, especially the material ones which you had to keep tugging up as they slowly slid toward your knees. ;)

I have a hard time with heels higher than 3 inches.
Those thigh high boots with the lace up backs are quite yummy!
And yes, I also like thigh high stockings, especially with a fancy garder belt!

I have some without heels. I like them a lot, but they seem to be suitable for a Geena-Davis-pirate-look only. Something that would fall into the category of cross-crossdressing and with almost no occasion to wear them (closet goes always of course).

thigs highs are the best and are the sexyist. very seldom wear any thing else. jms has one's with lace tops and they feel so smoth.

If we are talking about boots, then I don't have any, but would love to own lots. If we are talking about stockings, then I own lots and only where them if i wear nylon at all. Wether it's lace top or with garters I love em.

Thigh Highs are sooooo sexy. I haven't worn any hose for a while 'cause it's been so hot. But, when I saw this thread and some of the replys, I had to put on a pair to remind me. Mine are Hanes Silk Reflections Silky Sheer Thigh Highs. They aren't the lace tops, but have a wide top band that stays up very well. I get mine (and a lot of other stuff)from the One Hanes Place web store.

Thigh hi's are great in the summer, there much cooler, but hard to wear with some shorts. I do prefer pantyhose in the cooler weather.

I luv em! I know that a lotta you gurls will disagree but the reinforced heel and toe thigh highs look and feel wonderfull. Soooo sexy and smooth, Even im Mules, Sandals, Slings or whatever. My wife is now wearing them for hygenic reasons. We love em.......lahr.

Actuallu' I'd also like a pair of goth thigh boots with the funky heels. When I get in that mood, I like to dress up gothic/punk with the spiked collar and all the other accessorys that I can come up with at the time. Just one of those things.

By now this thread is hopelessly divided between those who read the original post (about boots) and those whose mind tricked them into reading "stockings".

In any case, may I mention that both (but particularly thigh high boots, and even more if they have spiky heels) are great for young, slender girls, but much-less-great for other ages and shapes? Personally I never wore any boots above the knee, but just the thought of how would they look on me makes me chuckle.

As for thigh high stockings, yes, I wore them all the time, but they are nowhere near as practical as pantyhose.

i also lohave a couple of pairs of thigh high boots, these are my fav. they have about a 4" heel and are very veyr easy to walk in, and are the sexiest feeling against my legs.... :devil:
