It has been 3 months since I have been able to dress. The kids were home from school which was great. Also many different trips and events so never the right time. Tonight I am again able to dress. Am in my pink cotton top with small roses embroidered on it. Also a nice little tiered mini skirt that also has embroidered roses on it. Black thigh high nylons. And perfume. It is fun to be dressed again and I feel much of my daily stress going away.

I too have been in a dry spell for a while. I can't seem to find time to dress. I used to dress a little after everyone else was slepping, but it seems like my wife and kids are staying up later. Maybe soon.

Arin't kid's wonderful. I run around the house 3 to 4 times to make sure things are pickedup and put away. And then there are times I don,t want to look at my femside for a while. But I am so glad that doesn't last to long.

Hi Staci

I'm currently in the same boat, but not for as long as you, but it at least seven weeks now, if not heading towards eight!

Our children have also been on school holiday, but it was also a bit hectic the few weeks before that, so I never really got the chance due to to much to do, or not feeling well, which means you really just don't feel like dressing, there where plans for me to have a session before the holidays, but it just didn't happen.

Sadly people really don't understand how wanting to dress but not being able to, affects you. People on the outside don't tend to understand that this is a need to, over a desire or a want to. I find I'm okay if I have to go a week or two for one reason or another, but I have to be honest and say this time it really has been a struggle, as I've had my dad cap, on, my husband cap on, my work cap on, my workman/diy/gardener cap on, in fact the only cap I have got no where near on, is my wig cap!

Thankfully I can see a small shaft of light ahead, but it seems so far away as yet, I know over the last few weeks I've found the going harder, than I ever have before, I think I know why, but thats another story, as to why, but I certainly have struggled this time, and therefore I can't wait till the light comes my way, and i can finally be the other me, for a little while.

Glad you had a good day, My turn next!

I've had my dry spells throughout my life and I just hate it if I'm in circumstances where I can't dress.Actually, there's a lot that you can do in drab if you just exercise a little creativity. You can play baseball from 5:00 in the morning to midnite.Go to marathon Turkey shoots and drink warm lite beer in July and love it.You can put on painter pants and march up and down the sidewalk in your neighborhood while all the young children throw dirt clods at you. It's well known that us tvs don't get enough exercise, anyhow. But regarding those dry spells,I'll hope for you that there's light at the end of the tunnel. Please, make mine enfemme everytime. yours Samantha

Just went full femme tonight for the first time in almost three months. I went on a six week sabbatical from work, and between that and other life committments I just wasn't able to get around to it. It's funny, even though it was always there in the background, I just didn't have a great desire...not that I didn't want to, more like I didn't want to bother with the hassle. Removing my body hair this evening was like shaving a Sasquatch. :Angry3: But i'm better now.

Doesn't it feel so wonderful to dress again after a dry spell. It just lets the stress drain from you.

It does feel great Alice. The stress of the day just melts away. The feel of stockinged feet in a nice pair of high heels. mmmmmm

I miss so much when I was single, I used to CD every day locked in my room spending hours in front of the mirror, sweating and trying to put a sexy face. Once you are married is very hard. I have about once a year chance and i take like 1000 pics to watch me later.
But I also thought it makes every event more special.

I try and limit my dry spells now. My first wife didn't approve of my dressing AT ALL. My current wife does. Making up for lost time and enjoying it.

From reading a lot of similar post, it seems like this is the way we relax truly as CD's, getting dressed up. Maybe this could be a good answer to anyone who asks us for the first time, Am I a CD? Does it relax you and put you in tune with yourself when you are dressed femme? if so, then you probably are a CD! Makes sense to me. I feel exactly the same way. When I am all stressed out, put on a beautiful skirt and I calm down emidiately.
That's so great!
