Hey girls,
I was wondering if there is a way to somehow lift my eyebrow lline without surgery? I would like to lift them to take away some of that low brow, male GRRR look, if you know what I meen :heehee:. Is it possible to tape the skin to lift them? any help is greatly appreciated.

I have seen girls use clear surgical tape, to pull up, put that on first and cover with foundation.
good luck

i recall watching a television show a long while ago where a drag queen showed how she prepared herself for her show. she took a stocking [i think] and pulled it over her forehead and tied it tightly behind her head [down by the neck]. she then pushed it up from her forehead to her hairline. it worked like a face lift and it did raise her eyebrows. and of course the stocking was covered by her wig.
good luck :p

I remember seeing that too Lynn. I also recently watching "To Wong Foo..." and Patrick Swayze did something similar. He had some kind of band that he put around his head and it pulled his face up. Quite remarkable the difference.

Hi Alexis,
A.Plucking and shaping your eyebrows will help give you that feme arch.
B.Using a wig cap will help pull your forehead skin up and tight.
C.Using 3M transpore tape attached above the arch of your eyebrow and pulled back over the wig cap and attached at back of your head will enhance
the arch.
D. All the above.

Can't remember where.
I watched a video of a transformation where the girl used a tape fastened to an elastic that went over the head and then ended under the ear on the neck on the oposite side. It pulled the brow up quite remarkably and puled the neck up and in. The tape was then covered by foundation and the wig.
I recall my mother talking about the same thing being used quite regularly on Hollywood beauties in the 40s and 50s.
At a makeover in the past I was offered the same thing with tape but no elastic. I declined as I wanted a more natural look.
So the answer to your question is: "Yes, of course".
