Her first outing!

So, now armed with beard cover makeup, breastforms, gorgeous outfit, killer legs :heehee: (I'd trade anyday!), everything but the SHOES (which should be here any day)... she actually twisted up the courage to venture out into the world!

After talking about it for a few hours, we decided at 9pm to take a drive. Had to wear boy shoes to the car, but once in she slipped those off and rode around in stocking feet while I drove. It's rural here, dark roads. Well, it went so well that we ventured up to the post office in the small town, where I went in to collect the mail from the box, then drove *through* the big town, by Wal-Mart, grocery stores, etc!

The first 10 minutes of the drive were things like "Oh we should have checked the tires" and "I hope we have enough gas" and worries about being pulled over, but then she relaxed and enjoyed the ride. We were out in the car for almost an hour. She looked gorgeous! So awesome to be out with my girl ;)

What a cool trip and such a big night! Thanks for all the encouragement here that helped her feel comfortable enough to venture out.

What an awesome outing, and to have your best girlfriend along for the trip, I envy you both.

I had a lovely walk after work, in a relatively quiet area on the way home. I did have a heart-stopping moment when a truck driver (big rig) pulled alongside to ask me directions. Normally I'd help, but I was so startled when he slowed and honked at me, I just turned up the walk to the office building nearby and let him go on.

After it was over, it felt wonderful to have passed this well, though we were not face to face. It sure had my heart in my throat for a few minutes, though; this was the first time I gathered enough courage to walk on the sidewalks while dressed.

who wouldhave thought that findiing herself would add to so much to both our lives. we are having a blast. Sejd just found herself about a month ago and we have been going great guns. she waited 55 years, why wait any longer! and she's got great legs too!

I enjoyed reading your story because it reminded me so much of my first outing. My wife and I also took a drive in the car, and I too was really nervous about practical things like not running out of gas etc :D

I'm so glad it worked out fine, and I'm particularly happy that you enjoyed it. The first time out is a time you'll both never forget.

Anyway, keep it up and keep posting about it. I love reading about people's outings - especially crossdressing couples :D
