Ballet tutus

There has not been a posting on this subject for a while, --- I think. I would like to know how many girls out there either would love to try on a satiny classic ballet tutu and how many have already been able to do so. I think they are very feminine and would love to try one on. It would have to be made for a 6' tall person and not many ballerinas are that tall. How about it. Are there any ballet tutu, tight, toe shoe fans out there?

I would like to try on a tutu as well, and dress like a ballerina. I just don't really like the shoes.

I have. I used to work at a rec centre. They had ballet classes there on Saturdays. Someone left a leotard and a tutu and it ended up in the lost and found. I took them home and tried them on with my tights. What a RUSH. they felt great. I have been envious of ballet dancers ever since.

True, but being able to leap high one would be able to reach products on the top shelf, and with the abilty to dance properly one could avoid the errant shopping cart driven by the "helpful" five year old who is aiming for your shins.

I want the purple one. I think I'll put that on my xmas list. I'd definitely wear one and do some leaps and turns.

i have 7 diferent ones, all fully satin except for the stretchy side panels. theyre fun to wear on days i feel like a ballerina. i took ballet as a kid and its nice to get back into it now and then. this may be one of my halloween costumes this year. :happy: missy

I think that Wear Moi will make a tutu in any size. They also sell tutus for men. This tutu would be my choice.
