If that's the direction you want to go, it's best to go see a doctor.

Just taking Premarin alone won't work. You need a T-blocker to go with it to slow production of testosterone. A doctor would choose one for you. Plus Premarin is hard on the liver, like most conjugated hormones, so a doctor will also test you for liver problems.

And that's on top of all the other complications that come with hormone therapy. Self-medication is risky at best.

Anytime you contemplate something serious like this, you should carefully consider ir seek information, consult with professionals and then think some more.

Whatever you decide I wish you all the best.

Listen to Auntie Stephenie.

Estrace cream on your breasts will do nothing for you in terms of feminization. If you are contemplating HRT (hormone replacement therapy), you HAVE to be under the care of a physician.

The estrace cream is probably intended to be used to provide aditional lubrication for a woman wanting sexual intercourse after menopause. PLEASE don't steal other peoples' prescriptions. (Pease don't steal anything).

I am on HRT, and while I LOVE the way it makes me feel I won't stay on it that much longer.

Go to see a doc!

You will not see any effects in 30 days, trust me. It's not a magic pill you take, it takes your body time to grow things.

You need to see a doc, consider very carefully what you are planning on doing.

For me there will never been shirtless days on the beach again (I'm OK with that) but it DID take a while to kick in, especially when some friends said "Hey lets go to the lake and take a dip".......

I have feminine hips now, and I believe my Chiropractor noticed this as she has given me some v ery curious looks, considering I had not seen her in 8 months.....and suddenly I have 2" more on my hips and a feminine butt?

Then there's the breast thing, even white shirts that are not loose fitting show them so I'm careful to wear a slightly large shirt. A friend said "What are ya, nippling?" - he saw it (I suspect he's bi).

You may want the breasts but once you have them your life does change, it's permanent also - so think about possible future girlfriends - they better have a bi side to them or they'll be walking or running screaming into the night when they pull your shirt off ......(This has not happened to me y et and it's a fear)..

All of this is why I'm stoipping at an A cup - A cups are explanable, C cups are not, especially when I only weigh 165lbs...

It sounds like you are ready to take the next step and get real medical care. Estrogens can damage your liver. They can kill you. You need to have regular blood tests under a doctor's care to determine the correct dosage and estrogen brand that is best for you.

Now that the warning and flashing lights are on, please, don't take illegal drugs. They won't do as much as everyone says. You can feminize yourself more cheaply by losing a few pounds and shaving closely.

Get dressed up, have some fun. Find a local club or organization. Most large metropolitan areas have something.

If you're going to do it yourself, at least educate yourself with these resources:

but a therapist is best if you can find one. In my case, I opted to start hormones by myself, then go to a doctor familiar with M2Fs and ask him to monitor my health while on hormones. This has worked out for me---none of this nonsense with going to sessions for months hoping to get approved.
