I came out with it all to my then "girlfeind" who was really kind of a coffee drinking pal that couldn't make up her mind if she really had any serious interest in me or not and she was 5 years older than me and didn't want to hurt my feelings.A couple of evenings later she showed me the right way to put on hose and makeup and let me put on some dresses,skirts and blouses that she layed out for me in the bedroom of her apartment.She helped me with this stuff,too.I must've been about 20 at that time and I sometimes shopped at malls,department stores and shopping centers for stuff I was looking for,and I dressed once in awhile when nobody was around but this was really like being on cloud nine.She moved to another town about 10 miles away the next year and it was too much hassle to stay in contact. i was out last week, looking to buy a black short nighty, the store i was at is owned by a lady who is married to a dominant husband. The very first time I was fully dressed up was for a school play when I was 10. I didn't really want to do it, but my mother convinced me, telling me about her experiences of playing boy characters in school plays. Ah, the joys of a Catholic education. :)

It was my mother too. She didn't go very far with it. On a couple of occasions when I was in early elementary school, she took me clothes shopping with her. Mostly I just waited around while she tried on outfits that she was choosing for herself, but on a couple of occasions, she took me into the changing room with her. There she had a girl's outfit that she asked me to put on. The one I remember best was a red dress that buttoned in the back and had a big white bow in the front. She never bought any of these, as far as I know, for me, and we never did this after I got into junior high (seventh grade).
I remember the timing distinctly because that's when something else changed. Prior to that time, I had always worn girl's panties. My mother bought them for me, sometimes while I was along with her while she shopped. I never really paid attention to it as far as knowing that they were girl's rather than boy's. Now that I look back at it, I realize what she did. And the year that I started having PE classes at school was the year that I started wearing boy's underwear.
She told me several times that she wished that she had had a girl baby, but she never overtly told me that she wished that I had been a girl.
Other than that, I've never had a GG dress me, but I would like to have the experience.

There was one time when an ex-g/f wanted to trade underwear... this I am convinced is what truely re-fueled my interest in CD! It was however only bra and panties, but it was something she suggested and I jumped at the chance. It was the first time in years since I had put on anything feminine.

In more recent times, my current g/f dressed me up, hair, make-up... the works! She knew of my c/d'ing interest and suggested that I go all the way with it. It was an amazing feeling, but that was the one and only time anything like that ever happened. That is one night that I will never forget!

Maybe you should save your pennies & treat yourself, Rachel (& Fiona)? I've never been to a professional Transformation service, but from all reports they do seem like fun. Sure, not quite as much fun as an enthusiastic gf doing your makeup, but hey it's always wonderful to be treated as one of the girls & to be a centre of attention. :happy:

A makeup expert can see ways to utilize the potential in a face much better than any amateur, so getting your makeup done by a professional can also be very educational. And it's nice to see the genuine feminine flair of a makeup job done by a GG. I'm pretty good at doing my makeup, but I'm always pleased when a GG offers to assist.

I did. Went to a boutique owned by a GG married to a CD. She did a complete makeover and let me wear anything in the shop. Spent a couple of hours there modeling many different outfits. Fabulous time. She has since sold the boutique. Disappointing.

A couple weeks ago, I was getting ready to do some laundry. I told my wife I didn't have any clean "panties". We have always referred to my male undies as panties. She jokingly said I could wear a pair of hers. I said she didn't have any that would fit me. She is a size 8 and I am a 16. It was my big sister who first encouraged me to dress up. She tried in vain before to dress me up and I had always protested (too loudly it seems)
I finally succumbed for a fancy dress party when I allowed myself to be dressed up as a St Trinians schoolgirl.
She was a big help and didn't make fun of me either despite some of the kids at the party doing so.
Over the years, she has helped me in my cd'ing and is always there for me. We even go shopping together sometimes which means I nearly always have an up to date wardrobe.

I started when I was about 7 dressing up with a girl from school. I had to stay and play with her every weekend and I loved playing in her party dresses and she didn't mind.

With my wife I told her I lved the feeling of her silky nightie etc a few times and then surprised her once by wearing her basque. It started slowly but when she was comfortable (ish) with me in a bit of silky underwear I started explaining bit by bit how I felt about wanting to wear more and more and to feel/look like a woman. Slow start - but worth the wait.

My girlfriend helped me with my makeup. We had bought a $25 wig. I didn't look very femme, but it was a lot of fun and very stressful. I had to go to the mall dressed this way on a Saturday night. That was almost more than my heart could take!

A long time ago I paid a GG "consultant" for a couple hours of make up, high heel walking, and other deportment lessons. The only creep-out factor was her baby being there; imagine the psychological scarring on this child from all of mommy's big, ugly "women" friends coming to visit!

After a walk through the park and a delightfull dinner with enough wine to float us along we retired to our room where she pulled out all of the fixings for my first dressup. What a surprise. Needless to say we had a great evening together...Don't ask me what I wore..lol...I haven't a clue. All I know is that I felt great.
