Found a place in Reno that does Transformations, ( The Hidden Woman )
For $475 they pick you at hotel take you to thier shop Transform you , go to Photo studio, an then, a evening on the town,
any one know if this is a fair price?
thinking of ordering a wig from them, lots of options an they are close to me so If I want to go in person, ordering clothing over the net can be tricky , you never real know what your getting till you get it

Met Leona back in the mid 90's when it was a small shop in downtown Reno. No pick up or night on the town, but she did do fine makeovers.
Sounds like she really has expanded.

I haven't been there in quite some time. It is a very nice friendly place.

$475 is a lot for that, IMO. I know Janet's in Detroit does a similar service (no hotel pickup, though) for $250.

When I had my makeover there (which was just makeup and lessons, $75 and well worth it), she invited me so come out with a bunch of girls that were going clubbing that night anyway, no charge.

Do you get to keep the clothes for $475?

I am on the East coast so I go to TG North in Montpelier VT. Check out the web site. Clare is so great and her prices are reasonable! Clare also has a great selection of wigs!

Dear Ivy,

Is $475 a fair price? That depends on a lot of factors. I think it's rediculous. But these transformation services are not that common and places like these can charge pretty much whatever the traffic will bear. There's a lot of money in Reno, so I imagine they can charge a lot. It's going to come down to what you are willing to pay. Are you willing to pay $475 for what you are going to get? If so, then it may be worth it to you. But that is a hefty chuck of change.

There are services like this in other cities that charge a lot less. Also you could do it yourself for a lot less.

Lovies,
Steph

if you look at the site she has other prices. $475 is the full price for every thing an no you must return cloths , how every she does seem to have a nice inventory pf items :D however if all I want is Transformation an pictures, an I provide my on clothing then cost is around $200

Let me know if I can post Link to web site would love to share it with you all
