I was wondering if anyone could help me pick out the right size breastform. My bust is a 42. I weigh a little over 200lbs. I want the right cup size as well because I don't want to look out of proportion. Can anyone help me?

Maybe this may help
I'm 5'11" and weight way too much
I wear a 44c bra and I use a size 10 breastform
I don't feel that it to big and does looks like the right size

So a size C or D would look good? I am 5'11'' too and I was leaning more to a size D.

A "D" cup is what I as hoping for
But I took the forms with me to a bra fitting I went for
And that how I was fitted for a 44C
But maybe with a 42 it maybe a "D"
I wouldn't go any smaller then a size 10 breastform
:hugs:

Yes, a 44C roughly is a 42D. But make sure the band would fit first (if possible).
For right size - if you want to look realistic, think about women that weight/height.
They're not A cups; if they have the excess weight all over, at least some of it is in their breasts!
Go with what you want, based on your purpose, and enjoy yourself.

(I actually would go with a minimum D at that size, and maybe DD. And that's
independent of my - umm - personal desires with forms).
