in a beautiful chiffon, majestic, purple dress, with a pretty black lace shoulder wrap, and pretty rhinestone jewelry. Since I still haven't been social enough to make friends in the area, and haven't come out, I went to a cabaret show solo. I stayed an hour, fielded a few compliments, and headed home. It's not so much fun going it alone. Still, I'm glad I went. I decided a month ago that 2005 was NOT going to be the "I shouldda/What if.." year like all of the others.

Just got home after going out to a club dressed for the first time last night. Had to wait until midnight to throw the mask away but then it was a "masked ball".

Had a wonderful time and we are already discussing plans for the next trip when we won't have the cover of New Years celebrations. Unfortunatly the only photos are in a friends digital camera, I do hope they remember to email them when they get home.
