Hi Girls!

You recall from my earlier thread that my wife was going to take me out in the car Monday. Were were going to pick up some burgers and shakes and then head to the park for a little picnic.

I had my outfit on about an hour before we were to leave: knee legnth jean skirt with brass buttons, pretty sparkly long sleeved t shirt, jean jacket with stitched flowers, black flip flops and medium black wig.

But the weather turned really bad so we decided we couldn't go. My wife went out to get burgers and shakes to eat at home. On her way out of the neighborhood she ran into several neighbors standing in the street. Had I been in the car they would have recognized me for sure. Have to rethink doing this now. Maybe, as some suggested, we need to go to another town to go out together.

Anyway, thanks for the advice and support.

Hugs

Sasha Anne

Sorry to hear that you didn't get to go out. I'm sure being dressed up for awhile was fun anyway!

Can I ask why your neighbors stand in the street? Isn't that dangerous?

Well, next time the wife can go around the block and check for the all clear, zoom up and have you dive from the front door into the awaiting open passenger door and zoom off! (sounds more fun anyway, right?)

Sasha -- Sorry to hear about the set-back. And that's all it is -- a set-back. There'll be another day and you'll get out whether it's in another town or yours. When you go, just relax and enjoy it.

Shannen. The neigbors were on the street because we don't have any sidewalks. We live in a townhouse complet with all the driveways very close together.

To all the girls who offered support: thanks sweeties. You are all so nice.

I'm sorry, I got carried away with my day dreaming about your situation. All I could think of was your neighbors scrambling to get out of the way as your wife gunned the car down the street to make a getaway! :heehee:

From what I've read about how non-interested people seem to be to cross dressed individuals, I wonder if they would have noticed you? That said, I will never walk out my front door in a dress!

I also am from Wisconsin, can you believe this weather? Snow??? I can see why a trip to the park in a skirt probably wasn't the most practical outing this week. :(

Thanks for sharing your story. The next time you see your neighbors in the street you can think how they almost made you! (and Shannen's devious plans to cover up the crime! )
