Just wondering if anyone had any interesting stories for how you came up with your fem name.
I stole mine (first and middle - Sonora Rose) from a can of house paint I was using one summer. Just thought it sounded pretty. Strange but true!

'Sara' came from a girl that I knew in high school. I liked her and she would be the type of girl that I would want to be if I were a GG. She extremely pretty and the name just has a girly ring to it. :)
I added 'Kat' for my forum name since 'Sara' was already taken. It was the nickname from another girl that I knew in college. This girl was one of the coolest girls that I ever met. I'd definatly want to be like her as well.

Hi Sonora. I do really genuinely not know why I called myself Julie. She just sounded real like a person I knew. I was going to call myself Hammerite funnily enough but it didn't sound fem enough.
She'd make one bitch of a fem dom though!
Madam Hammerite!
Sheesh scares me already.

I got my nick Tamara because I'm always saying 'tamara' instead of 'tomorrow' and my partner ~Tammy~ well I think that came from the shop Tammys. But... later on we actually found out that Tammy is made from the name Tamara... must of been fate :)

Mine is stolen, Twice..
Firstly, it was stolen by my brother.. it was the name of the main character in a novel he was writing.
He stole it from an 80's song by a band called Marillion...
Then it was stolen by me.. because i loved it, and always wanted to be this Redhead called Kay.. so here i am..
3rd Generation Kay..
Ha ha.

Trinity came from ( you guessed it Sara ) watching a movie many moons ago.
Trinity is my nick name if I have to sign in to web sites. As Trinity was already taken I added Cat. This comes from my actual fem name of Catrina.
I heard the name Catrina and loved it, so I got stuck with it.

I have been known to (trans)form into "Boobtilda" ... for obvious reasons.
I was considering the name "Lingeriea" ... (now don't anyone go thinking you can steal "Lingeriea" ... for I happen to hold an "option" on that name with the Admin. Dept. of Names & Nicks).

I am from the Windy City, and I was looking around for an email address that would work for me, and came up with Windy Cissy. I love the name Windy, and when I get all dressed up I am definitely a sissy, so the name stuck. Ask Windy (http://snurl.com/askwindy)

The first letter of my name in 'drab mode' is K, hence Kaye, Martin came from the kind of car I had at the time .... long since gone ... :(

SilkenPrincess is what I feel inside! It's a shame I don't LOOK more like one.

My mom had always wanted a Girl (maybe that's part of my I dress? My wife thinks so, and I dunno). She told me that if I had been born as she had hoped (but since decied boys were better) she would have named me Megan. And I love French things, so I had to have my middle name be Renee. In real life there is an extra accent over the second e. As far as a last name, I suppose I'm sticking to my mundane name, although I'm trying to find a good one...

Thanks Julie J, and all you other site veterans for humoring me on this one. I'll try to come up with something more original in the future! :)
And it's sOnora, lest anyone get confused about my ethnic origin.
Melissa Wilson

Hi Sonora,
Melissa is the easy part - it means honey, as in soothing voice, and I like honey; I also feel calm and soothed when dressed up. As for Wilson - "son" ending means "from" or "child of", eg Davidson is son of David; "wil" is an element of my male name, which is the name I was given and not the name I chose for myself. As a daughter (so to speak) of who I was, Melissa Wilson is who I choose to become.
