I may be on the Radio

A while ago I went to a mainstream club as Steffie and I met this GG there. Turns out she was a producer for a radio station in NYC and she wanted to interview me about being a crossdresser. We hadn't been able to get together on this for a while.

However, since then she has moved on to another radio station (in Phila area) but now she says she is ON the radio, not just a producer. She still wants to interview me herself on the phone though for her program. She assures me that no personal information wil be divulged. I might do it this Friday if nothing unforeseen comes up or if not then next week. I'll keep you all posted though if I do. Maybe with this interview I can in some small way help people out there better understand us. At least that's my goal.

She didn't give me a list of questions. I'm not going to do homework but just answer from the heart. I wish I can come totally out but unfortunately society doesn't allow that but we can dream, right?

The interview will definitely be tomorrow on 96.5. She is supposed to call me at 8:30 A.M.; I don't know if it will air live or on a delay but I think it's live. However, I'll be using a different femme name so you won't hear the name Steffie mentioned but just know it's me.

The one thing I should tell her though is this forum (i.e. the nice girls I know from here) has helped to make Steffie a more confident girl over time! :)

I got a text message at 8:10 A.M. saying they were running a bit behind schedule. She said they will do sometime next week at my convenience (a time of my choosing).

I actually went out last night and came home a little earlier too. Oh well. I'll let you ll know when it is. I might do next Friday depending on my work schedule.

Being over the pond I won't have the opportunity to hear you which is a great shame. However I wish you all the very best and I have one plea....try to be very clear in your answers and in particular to the one "Why do you (or people) crossdress?" I have heard some really c*** answers to this question but it is an important question and it needs a clear and concise answer.
