Hi to JanieK, and welcome to the BB...
As only one gurls opinion, I am happy with the Amoena line of breast forms and bra's... BUT, and that is a BIG but, they are not cheap... The breast forms are sold by shops that cater to ladies that have had breast surgery and they are very high quality as you can imagine... They are soft silicone with a very soft gel backing to allow them to conform to the shape of the post surgery chest wall. They feel just like the real thing if casual contact is made. They are available in sizes from A to DD and they are sold singularly in rights and lefts as most post op ladies do not need two breasts. They sell for approximately 250 dollars EACH… Yep, I said EACH…
I have a pair in size B for a size 42 bra. If I get another pair, I will go to a size C as a 42B is a bit small in my frame. I confess that I bought the Amoena breast forms on a whim before I did a lot of research on what is available. You are doing the right thing by asking questions of the very knowledgeable goils on this BB… I don’t think Amoena breast forms are sold on-line… This is their website…

Amoena bras are designed with pockets to hold their breast forms perfectly. If you wear your forms at night as I do, (a sexy night gown looks GREAT when you have a nice set of boobs underneath it…) if you don’t wear a pocket bra, your forms can fall out of a regular bra... You could wake up with your breast forms on the floor with the dog chewing on them…OUCH!!! Amoena bras are available at many high fashion department stores and on-line at places like Frishman’s. Their web-site is …

A long winded but I hope helpful post…
Huggs to you all…
