I do! A year or so ago I bought the four pad panty from Frederick's. I do wear it regularly, and it's sufficient (w/pantyhose) as a gaff. I'd have to say I'm not completely enamoured with it. While it does afford some curves, they are not especially natural-looking. The butt pads work pretty well, but the hip pads look lumpy under any snug or tight clothing. It works rather well for looser fitting garments. I hope to buy a Veronica one of these days, as I'd expect much more realistic results. Good luck!

I'm wearing one those 4-pad jobs now - not from Frederick's - I don't remember where I bought it. I agree the hip pads are a bit lame, but better than nothing. I also have a Veronica, but it is such a bitch to pull on that I seldom want to bother with it. I definitely need the enhancement though, and skirts & jeans look better on me with some shape back there.

I wear a pair of lightly padded panties almost every time I dress.. Have a padded girdle too but its too padded and the padding is in the wrong place for my body.. That and my corset gives me that girlyish figure.. Diet and ice skating also help maintain my figure but years of food abuse is hard to loose!! Hehehe

I got some of these padded panties (http://www.thebreastformstore.com/mens-padded-panty.aspx) from The Breast Form Store (Australian branch) a couple of days ago. They won't work miracles, but they do make a big improvement to my skinny figure.

I don't have any hips or butt whatsoever.
I wear a 4 pad panty that gives quite a
nice look under a skirt or dress.
The downside is that the panty legs are
really long so I can't wear short skirts
without showing them off!
