cds & stuffed animals?

Hi all,

One of the transexuals featured in TRANSGENERATION documentary, Gabrielle, liked her teddy bear a lot. I like stuffed animals too, but it would be easier to admit to it if I were female rather than just a crossdresser.

It seems more acceptable for women to like stuffed animals than it is for men to.

Does anyone else want to admit to liking plush toys or teddy bears? :hugs:

I love stuffed animals and have several, most of them sit on my bed.

I have twin teddy bears. I sleep with them. Pathetic, huh? It's that when I sleep, I have to hug something (a pillow or bedsheet if nothing else). For instance if I sleep on my left side, my right arm will be somewhat uncomfortable hanging there across my chest.

Absolutely! I love stuffed animals. I have a white Teddy that sits on my bed and I sleep with it at night!

Used to have about 30 teddybears but most of them got donated. Im down to 6 special teddybears left and my 2 fuzzy cats to keep me company.

I have CUDDLY' BEAR, haha, which i gave up and passed it on 2 my niece, about two years ago. But she left it one night, about one year ago, and it's been mine again ever since (Im so EVIL)! LOL

A stuffed scrat from Ice Age, a stuffed ccharacter from Star Wars episode 6, about 100 penguins include 10 or so Opuses and Bill the Cat, numerous stuffed turkeys (Virginia Tech alumni), stuffed dogs, lion, stuffed R2D2 and 3CPO, and I do not know what else.

I loved my teddy so much that I have kept him with me all these years, and I am 55. He is of courss wearing a dress. I called him "Gamle Bamse" which is Danish for "Old bear".

I still have my bear "buster" from when I was 5. I will always love buster, no matter how matted his fur my become, or how musty he gets. I'm actually surprised I've held on to him all these years.

I used to have a lot of stuffed aniimals. I used to sleep with them but my SO wanted to sleep in the bed too so I gave them all to my Son. She is now my best teddy bear.

I have to agree with that statement...Like my jewellery box which I have had long before Sarah came into being, stuffed toys are not a male thing. A male might have a token stuffed toy that a sweetheart gave him, but a full on collection, very rare. I have a nice collection of stuffed Rabbits (of course):D

I have four or five otter plushies, two foxes, a few old ones from when I was young (a little bear, a wolf, a raccoon) and a big bear I was given too.
I still sleep with at least one of the otters. :)

OMG! I love my stuffed animals! My moose is the softest, most cuddliest, most cutie thing! He's been everywhere with me. Chicago, Vegas, New York City, Washington DC.........he is well traveled. And he never wants souveneirs, candy, or t-shirts like my children did when we traveled. I have other stuffed animals as well. I have always thought of it as being part of the femme side of me.

Trudi had collected bears for years. For Valentine's day one year I gave her a cute red teddy bear in a basket, but on closer inspection, the bear was wearing a diamond in one ear. :D
