A Happy Halloween!

I've dressed and gone out for years, but always after dark. Yesterday, I bit the bullet and went out in daylight. It was a nice fall afternoon, somewhat cool and a little windy. I parked on the edge of a supermarket parking lot, and took a long walk through a nearby residential neighborhood. Just your average chick walking home from work, around 4 O clock.

Lots of people out raking their leaves, and I got more than a few looks, and a couple smiles. See, the wind kept blowing the bottom of my coat open, and exposing a lot more leg, than I would have liked.

After a nice fall afternoon walk, I came home, made some dinner, freshened my makup, and slipped into a little black Charleston dress, and went back out.

When I went back out the second time, it was just getting dark. Lots of trick or treaters on the street. Feeling a little bolder, after a couple glasses of wine. I walked along with the coat open. I love the breeze blowing on my legs, and up under my skimpy dress.
