Me too, Its great too when somebody will stop you to ask for directions or give change for the parking meter; normal routine things in life. I have to confess I love it when a trucker or workmen give a toot on their horn or give a wolf whistle.
Its all about blending in as a passable real woman :)

I Just be myself when I am dressed at this stage of my life. Back in the 80's, I would go out for the Thrill of it. I enjoyed shocking people, and sometimes, blending in at others. Basically, it depended on where and what I was doing.

Oh, I have countless stories of myself and the situations I have run into from being stopped at DUI Check Points, playing keyboards in a band to teasing truck drivers with my mini skirts.

That was another place, another time. There is nothing like youth to portray the fem side. Now the body is out of shape, there are more wrinkles, yada yada....

Of course, there is always the man with the knife, the Plastic Surgeon, who can remove years, and your savings as well, to acheive what we all had once.

My advice to all the 20-30 year olds out here, enjoy your life, get out and parade now, as the Army said, BE ALL YOU CAN BE!!!

I am a member of this list and have been for a while. I do not check it very often and have only posted a few times. I have thought about showing it to my wife. However, I haven't gotten up the nerve as yet. But, I like this thread and thought I'd post.

I have only very, very rarely gotten completely dressed. On the few times I have, I have only done it in my bed room. I do wear thongs 24/7 and trouser socks all the time. I've started wearing nice things to bed too.

I now have several cami's, a bady doll for sleeping in, some PJ's (see the next paragraph), lots & lots of thongs and a few other styles, and of course, my thigh highs and stockings with two garter belts (suspenders in the UK). No bars as yet.

My wife, even though she does not approve, did get me two really nice sets of PJ's, a couple of thongs, and two cami's for Christmas. She even got me some make-up. I was really surprised. She still does not approve and does not like to see me wearing any of my nice things. But, at least she has now actually gotten me a few things. Who knows, maybe there is some hope on down the line.

Oh yes, I can't dress completely and go out any how as I sport a mushache and have for the past 32 years. I am not about to shave it off. Nor do I shave any other part of my body, except my face because I have to do so. Plus, I don't really look like a fem at all. But, if it were okay to dress however one wish and no one else would make nasty comments about it, I would dress out in a heart beat. As it is, I mainly just wear items under my regular clothing and to bed.

last halloween we got to dress up for work... I went as a girl.. I wore a long kaki skirt with white panty hose and a white t shirt with a pink swetshirt. I wore a wig and my girlfriend's sister did my makeup. I told them my friend paid me to do it...it was so much fun. I wish I was every one was as accepting as they are on halloween. Other than that I just dressup in my room.

I actually stumbled on a job posting a few weeks ago, for a programming position in Boston, that said that crossdressing was not only allowed, it was encouraged! OMG !!! Someone teach me how to program, fast!

Of course I'm not willing to sacrifice career and earning ability to dress, but I would seriously consider a second job weekends or something just to get to do it.

I haven't gotten dressed in almost TWO WHOLE MONTHS, but this Thursday I'm going to get out there again, and I'm so excited! I have the whole day to myself, and I know just how I'm going to spend it: shopping! I've already picked out what I'm going to wear: black body briefer, slip and stockings, black top, gray skirt, black flats and purse. I'll pull my hair back in a ponytail with a scrunchie, and look something like this:

As always, I'll be scared to death when I get ready to go out, but once I get that first "Miss" or "Ma'am" my confidence will soar and I'll forget that I'm a guy. First I'll grab a yoghurt at the food court, then I'll spend hours browsing through the racks of tops, skirts and dresses. When my feet start killing me (one of the joys of being a woman!) I'll buy a fashion magazine, kick off my shoes and flip through the pages while sipping a coffee at Starbuck's and smoking a cigarette. Then it will be back for more. If I find something nice, I'll rush home to try it on, and if it looks cute on me, maybe I'll wear it out to dinner. I can't wait!

I love to get dressed and try to be normal, watch t.v., write, surf the net, but then I get bored, and I feel I must go out. Usually I just get in the car and drive, which is a gas. Whenever possible I go to transgender meetings, such as Emerald City in Seattle, and on the rare occasion I go to Ingersol, which can be a step onto the wild side. When I'm really lucky I get dressed and spend time with Marlene, but that doesn't happen often enough. But, you know, Charlotte's naughty idea also pops up it's ugly little head from time to time.

I'll do some light cleaning, sit and watch some TV, surf the net, the wife and I usually finish the night with some shaving of certain areas and then..hmmhmmm...::looking around for the law:: well you know ;) Then its change into a nighty for a soothing nights sleep.

I never dress up and just stay home. (but do admit to dancing around to music when no on else is at home tristen) I go out to kink friendly clubs and private parties. Or I dress up t-girls and stay and have a drink with them. Or kidnap them and make them go OUT and have fun. LOVE to take them shopping and to CD friendly cafe.

Depending on how much time I have and where everybody is, sometimes I'll just dress in the privacy of my own bedroom at night. Other times when Im lucky enough I'll go out for a drive at night. I maight walk around a closed mall or go into a drugstore. On those very rare occasions I'll chill with my GG friends and we'll just hang out or visit somewhere.

I'm curious to go out on a date with someone en femme, preferably a guy who I like and who respects and likes me. Maybe someday though. :o :)

:) I'll usually pour myself a class of wine (Riunite Lambrusco), or maybe watch a little TV or play my guitar. If I'm really inspired I might even write a song! Or I might do some light housework and laundry. Mostly just enjoy the peace and quiet and serenity that being the true ME allows. Oh yes...and contemplate the day that I will be able to go and join my fellow sisters for a "girls night out." Oh the good time we will have then!;)

When i am dressed i mostly end up just doing what i am told :D .

The outfit is usually dictated by what i am going to be doing and this is up to my wife. i spend alot of time working as her secretary in our home office in short skirt, white blouse, nude hose and heels. house cleaning sees me in a french maids outfit, stockings and heels. as her workout partner i get to wear thong leotard and hose.

i do get nights off, these nights she will put me in a a little red cocktail dress, teddy, hose and 6" strappy shoes........nothing like watching DVD or lisenting to music dressed like this..... ;)
