So gurls/girls fess up how much have you ever spent on one item of lingerie +?
I just bought a pair of "Wacoal" panties and paid twenty five dollars for them. Just had to have them you know.:D

I think the most expencive peice of lingerie I ever bought for myself was a $36 bra from Lane Bryant.

I normally would not spend nearly that much but I felt I owed them that for being so nice, giving me a fitting and letting me use the fitting rooms to try on several bras.

Well, when I had more dollars than cents, I dropped into a lingerie shop in Calgary, I was overcome with what I saw and went wild, I bought a silk teddy $170 and a chemise $155, ah those were the days.

Definitely in the low $100 to buy a delightful corset. If I could consistantly find well fitting, wonderfully feeling lingerie, then money would not be an issue. It goes to the very heart of dressing.

I spent about $75 on a corset. Other than that, most of my stuff is pretty normal Victoria's Secret stuff...I don't see the reason in spending a ton on lingerie...I'd rather spend the money on clothes that people will see when I go out.

I did also buy a $60 sapphire blue jaquard merry widow recently...saw it and it was just too awesome not to buy. :)

Besides my corset (170 bucks), I've kind of made a habit of seeking out great sales on nicer lingerie lines (Hanro, Cosabella, LeJaby etc. . .). I know it seems like a lot, but I'll drop a Hamilton fairly regularly on a really well made European thong on deep discount.

I think my alltime high for a single piece of lingerie is an Aubade bodysuit that I found in NYC (Century 21 rules ladies!) for 60 dollars (marked down from 150) that I couldn't live without.

Montfort style Navy Blue schoolgirl cotton knickers with double back panel. These are no longer in general manufacture as these days girls over here in the UK tend to wear lycra shorts (yeuch) instead. As a result they are only made by a few specialist manufactures and cost about £15 UK a pair.

I have Wacoal, Calvin Klein, and Felina stuff but I mostly don't like the stuff at Victoria's Secret! Otherwise I'm happy with my cheap Liz Clairborne sets.

I might spend a lot on a good body shaping corset just for the curves!
