Over the years my weight has been way up and way down. This has generally been driven by the amount of time spent as Janice. There is no comparison between a size 10 and a 22 in passing.

To loose weight I would diet but more so I would exercise doing areobics and yoga. Naturally I wore leotards tights and even ua and breast forms. It was woderful when I could see my shape improve.

Have any of you done this?

Hi,

Just around the house. I've got some lycra workout wear that I'll don on occasion, w/forms etc. . .when I do pilates.

45 mins to an hour every morning at the local gym. 15 to 20 minutes on either the "stair master" , treadmill, crosstrainer, or recumbant bicycle. After that some toning on some of the weight machines, and stretching afterwards.
Over the past year I've dropped from 230 to 178. Think size 22W jeans to now 12P jeans.
