Pink has been covered alot before but I thought I'd just recount my recent experiences.

I am (in)famous on a particular client site for wearing purple and pink shirts with ties that match to some degree or other ... well maybe they clash horribly I don't know but I'm certainly colourful. Even my suit lining is a lovely shiney purple colour :D

Anyway, this week I wore probably what would be described as "Salmon", in fact if I was a guys guy I would have said "No, it's not pink it's salmon, I'm not some werido you know".

And in fact someone came up to me and said "Hello Salmon man" and shock me by the hand as a bit of a joke since I was told that you just don't wear pink here, it's not a "manly colour". So I said, "nope this is definitely pink" :D

Later in the day I was in a meeting with a female colleague and we got on to the subject of my pink shirts/ties and then proceeded to discuss some pink outfits she had at which point I had to hold back a bit because I could hear myself sounding really girly!

So anyway; I wear pink even in drab and I don't care what anyone thinks ... now just have to try and wear heels with the suit and see what happens then

Think Pink is my motto. Pink is my favorite color! Everyone says that pink is a girl color and I say so? I have no problem wearing pink shirts and etc.

Saw a mans pink striped shirt at Target yesterday, I LIKE it! (Ex G/F would not let me buy it, Xmas is coming)

I used to wear pink w/black slacks in the 80's a lot...

I'm not sure how I would do these days with it, but I have no fear of wearing pink, it's one of my favorite colors!!

I have a bunch of shirts in varying shades of paink, from pastels, to deep fuscias. Pink for men made a comeback in the 80's and I've been wearing it ever since. It doubles my wardrobe. I love wearing a men's pink buttondown with a denim skirt. I remember when the pink craze atared in the 80's, my dad thought it was no big deal, pink shirts were big when he was growing up in the 50's. Also , during WWII, the Army Air Corps had uniforms called Pinks, a reference to thier light tan, almost pinkish color.

I wear alot of pink. I even have 2 pair of pink heels. One pair is circa 1960's with little strngs that tie around my ankle, soooo cute, especially when I wear them with my pink leather dress. (the dress is even the same shade of pink) love it.

I wore a pink shirt with a black, gray and pink tie. My slacks were black and I got many compliments on the ensemble. Just wish there was more mauve in this world for guys.:(
