You should be able to find places that sell non-prescription colored contacts, with or without a eye appointment. The first one that popped up on google is this link http://www.freshlookcontacts.com/collection.shtml which even has a free trial pair offer.

I would be very careful, here in Australia some people have damaged their eyes (such as blindness) caused by using cheap contacts that have been poorly made in unsterile conditions. The eye can be damaged very easily so be very careful
