Last week my wife had a hernia repair; it was just under the breast bone. It was very simple and took less than an hour and we were back home in under two hours.
We went to a friend's for dinner on Sat and she was worried that her bras would be uncomfortable so I told her she could wear mine (the one I wore on Halloween) since it would be looser. She got a laugh out of that. She didn't wear it since she found a one of her bras that was a good fit.
It was kind of funny, a husband offering his wife one of his bras. Baby steps.

If she doesn't want it, I'll take it, Dana!! Hehehe. I'm surprised that she hasn't made you donate your halloween things to goodwill by now? Saving them up for next year?

Several years ago my wife had her hand operated on and couldn't fasten her regular bras. She borrowed my sports bras for two weeks until she could wear her own.

I am surprised that my wife hasn't wanted me to take them back to Goodwill also. She said we should save them for another time. So maybe there's some hope. I do wear the bra when she's not home and will ccasionly put on the dress. It's so fun but now I want more clothes.

I thought that the example of generosity was "He'd give you the shirt off his back."

Every time I lend something to my wife I never get it back. I have lost more lipstick and bras that way

I have a really funny story along the same line. The wife of my business partner realized that silicone-soaked tampons did and admirable job of cleaning items we use in the course of our work. The next day, my wife was headed to Walmart and asked if I needed anything. I asked her to pick me up a box of tampons, which she did. She had a ball telling her Mom and friends that she's gone to the store to buy her husband some tampons... :heehee:

Well obviously in this case, it's "S/He'd give you the bra off her/his back."
