I got few years ago silicone self adhesive Amoena N°9 forms art 350 asymetrical which are very nice despite their price....
My chest is 100 cm ( 39 inches)

is some one able to indicate me which is suitable bra size I should use?
I off course use bra for now but I really did not found "perfect"one.

Hi Jakie,

I have a size 9 amoena set of forms myself, and am near your chest size. Perhaps you can go into a bra store for a fitting (take your forms). But, if you don't want to do this (I completely understand), I'd start with a French size 105C (or Euro 90C). A French 100D or Euro 85D may fit as well. Perhaps you could buy an inexpensive model to make sure of this size before a pricier purchase?

Here's a good chart: http://www.figleaves.com/us/fitting_room.asp?cat=101

You'll also find a fitting guide on this site.

Good luck!

This months "In-Style" magazine has a good article on bra sizing.....and it went something like this....take yout chest measurement (below your breasts) and add 4.....that's you band size now measure around your chest with the forms on and subtract your band size.......the difference is 1" = and A cup, 2" = B cup and soo on and so forth.....
