Ever get a IM from someone that has looked at your profile and starts up a conversation with you. Only to discover that the other person has no idea that your a CD.... or gets rude.
I classify these people into two catagories. Admirers and Hounddogs. Hounddogs are those who know your a CDer and want to make rude sexual remarks. These go right quick to the Ignore list.
I had an admirer IM me the other day and after a few minutes I asked him if he read my profile. He said "Yes", I then asked if he knew I was a crossdresser. He came back and said, "No you not, crossdressers don't look anything like your picture". I had to laugh and then explain the birds and bees to him. LOL

I have had PM's here in the past that were shall we say "not welcome". I don't respond to them. I've had a few others that simply say "Hi" so I've responded and said "Hi" back but never heard anything more from them...:strugglin

That's why I have "Karrens rules of chatting" clearly displayed on my 360!! Rude, vulgar, anyone that asks for ASL, and that types in single letters ("How R U?") is automatically toast!! And I state that the opening line is most important......anyone that says "Hi" is automatically ignored!!
I get more than my share of straight guys and lesbian females that don't or won't read so they end up being really really surprised!! And usually flee mainly from embarasement!!
"Click". Hello?? Hello??? Hehehe

It has been a while so I will visit memory lane for the group's humor and recall the gentleman who got shall we say a bit frisky, so I asked to see if he had his momma's permission to be talking to guys like that. He then lost it because he thought I was a girl (must have flunked outta school in the second grade Karren) and called me a slew of ugly words.
He reappeared the next day to apologize believe it or not.....so we had a nice long chat about my lifestyle, at which time I discovered upon deep questioning that HE wore his girlfriend's panties (her insistance but he liked it) during intercourse with her. But he WASN'T a weirdo like me.
Takes all kinds.

I have to this to Karen, Emily, Jenny and JoAnn. Thats the price you have to pay for being gorgeous. Most of them don't hit on bald fat guys like me. They think no guy could look like all of you in a dress. Yes, I am jealous.

Wendy, who gets worked up? Sometimes I'm having a bad day and they make me laugh out loud. Over and over again!
So the guilty don't get embarrassed I won't call JoAnn's name but she has some of my favorite houndog tales including her military buddy who got a photo by mistake and was lusting after her.
And so JoAnn doesn't tell on me, YES, I recently asked some illiterate in a lustful fog if it bothered him that I liked women instead of guys only to be told he didn't care who I played with as long as he could watch.....he found two women a turn-on. (Karren, how big a point size does it take for the blind to read "CROSSDRESSER" ?)

I haven't really been hit on, but in saying that I don't seek to be hit on. I'm happily married, and most certainly want to stay that way. It did amaze me though, how many PMs I got after posting a photo. Again, the messages were mainly very couteous, even if I did feel a little "vulnerable" at being ogled.

there is a big difference from being "hit on" in a rude offensive way and having an admirer attempt to make an online date with you----as long as it is done in a respectful manner I won't be offended---after all most of Us Ladies take it as a compliment to our looks and charm---doesn't mean I will accept however but it feels nice to be desired---the kind of offputting manner and offensive language that some of the hounddogs out there exhibit is beyond belief----I can't begin to count the number of times guys have sent Me so called penis shots--photos of nothing but their genitalia----I can't imagine anybody, let alone Us T-Girls thinking that is sexy----

At the risk of being censored, One of the worst houndogs I ever had was a lesbian, and it didn't stop when she discovered I was a genetic male. I have to admit for once I did enjoy the "penis" shots (giggle giggle).

Best time I ever had online when a friend from NYC and I were chatting and this rude guy from MD pops up! I told my friend about him and said wath this..... So I started playing along and getting rather agressive.. And every 10 lines or so I would paste his IMs into my friends window.... So she's laughing and rolling around on the ground and I'm making this up as I go....
In the end .....I'm afraid he didn't find me at the hotel we were supposed to meet up at and I was to bring the whip and hand cuffs......ohhh. And he proposed to me a couple times!!!! And agreed to wear womens clothes though he never had before!! Hehehe
Sometime they get back what they deserve!! Lol

Me again.I have a queston. I understand why we would not like to be hit on by guys. But what is the objection to lesbians. We are t girls. We want to look like girls. We are attracted to girls. So why would it be a bad thing for lesbians to find us attractive. Am I missing something?

I won't go into my sexual orientation here, but I don't mind getting hit on, matter of fact I love it out at the clubs. But while on the net and IMing I just find that 99% of the people hitting on ya are full of BS. They are never going to actually come out and meet ya in person anyway.
So sure at first I got a kick out of being hit on, but grew tired of it and realized it was mostly wierdos and time wasters. But I do have fun chatting and even camming sometimes with friends. Boys and Girls btw.

Had one on Yahoo that waasn't even personal, sent out like M35, you?
Then basically asked for a pic, I'm like - I don't THINK so.....
Waste of time on Yahoo anymore, the damn "Bots" - you can't get through them and Yahoo does nothing about it.......95% of all the "Names" are not even real people connected / typing etc.
AS for here, no, everyone has been very nice.

I'll take the plunge...when some girl IMs you, has some sexy pic on her profile and starts talking about being a lesbian or lets say into Tgirls. There is a 99.9% chance she is actually just some guy. Especially if sex talk comes out right away or she wants pics!
But if you have fun with it just do it. I admit when i first stated getting online and dressing I had fun till I figured out it was just a waste of time. Plus I just get bombed with too many IMs. So like I said I just put everyone on ignore unless they are a freind so I can have fun chats with my friends.

I don't have a problem with lesbians,as long as they are nice looking. Also if they know I am a cd,and they are alright with that. Then I would say KOOL because what you would actually be getting is a bi-girl,fi she knows you are sporting male genitals.:hugs:

I agree!!
But 99.9% of the time those aren't even GUYS, they are computer programs, they will not respond except with the same canned answers - and then they lure you to a site to "chat" with them etc, and then they ask for a credit card number.
I've emailed Yahoo several times about it, no response, and nothing done - Yahoo chat is unusable in it's current form.

I don't mind admirers, irrespective of gender, so long as they are polite and reasonably articulate. On an honest day, I'd freely acknowledge that I enjoy respectful attention and do my best to keep up my end - i.e., being a nice girl in online communications.
As far as the much larger universe of imbeciles, wackos and persons whose sexual proclivities are simply mismatched with mine, the IGNORE button seems to work quite well.

Why don't I want to get hit on by a lesbian???...yes I am a hetero male, but I am a married one who is in love with his wife. A cyber fling with a lesbian, as fun as it sounds (yeah, yay), just isn't as much fun as being with my partner...
When I had a picture or two posted, I'd get the usual chat invitations. I eventually blocked all IM's because even though I listed myself as married, heterosexual and 100% monogamous, I seemed to be typing the following line all too often.
"You do understand there's a penis in them thar panties, don't you?"
:tongueout
Of course at that point I was the jerk. Go figure. I guess I shouldn't have thought it was such a damn funny line.

You'd be surprised. A lot of lesbians are about as upfront as most guys. A female friend of mine gets quite a few graphic e-mails with the appropriate graphic pictures. Some of them can even become downright stalkerish if you tell them you're not interested.

My objection with the houndog lesbians was that the few I got were more crude than the male variety....and as somebody said, "stalkerish". I enjoy compliments, I just don't enjoy crude graphic sex talk even with my partner.
