Jenna,
Here is a link to a therapist in Columbus OH. I have never been to her but have talked with other girls who have and they say she is very good.

Jenna,
This list at Dr. Becky's site may be helpful. http://www.drbecky.com/therapists.html
I did not find any for my area (central IL), but asked the local sex columnist in the free weekly and they found three locally that were not listed in Dr. Becky's list. I went to three sessions and found it to be quite a disappointment. Alas, I knew far more about the topic of gender dysphoria than the counselor did. A cople times, he picked up his manual and read definitions to me. Glad my insurance was paying most of it - otherwise, I would have felt insulted. Good luck, Joni

As Joni said, a therapist who does not specialize in gender issues may only be of limited benifit. Some in fact may do more harm than good. With that in mind I would recomend that you try the International Foundation for Gender Education professional listings at www.ifge.org - I'm told that they recently moved/opened a new office so I'm not sure of the phone number. A call to their office during business hours will have you talking to a trans person - MTF or FTM - who has been there and done that and will be able to hopefully point you at the resources you need. Good luck kid and hang in there. :2c:
Their website appears to be down as of 9:00 AM CST - maybe due to moving. Worth keeping for future reference though.
