All right girls, I've got two issues with passing, which is where i want to go.

first, I have a deep voice. my girlfriend loves it, it sounds good on an answering machine....but not when I am ordering sushi in a gyspy shirt and a pair of tight jeans. My female intonation is okay, but, well, it is a deep voice.

Second, I can't get a close shave. I mean I have a shadow right after I shave. My makeup skills are suspect, and frankly I would like a way to kill that hair.

otherwise I have been blessed. I have my mothers body, and a face that isn't too male

You may want to check the net, there's a few sites out there that give instructions on feminine voice training. They get you to reach a certain pitch, then when you reach that, they make you reach another point. Eventually this will give you a femme voice. There's also sites out there that have videos you can buy that teach you how to achieve a femme voice as well. Other then that all I know of is surgey.

BTW, Check some of the resource threads on this forum. Im sure there must be at least one thread or link that deals with voice feminization.

Hope this is of some help for you. :)

Hi orchard,

You might want to bookmark this address www.wildside.org (http://www.wildside.org/). Several years back I purchased some videos from this site out of Toronto Ontario Canada called Take A Walk On The Wild Side that have helped me immensely with my CD'ing skills. They are made by CD's for CD's and will help you with all the knowledge and info you need to be all things feminine. As for makeup, I used to use Dermablend corrective makeup but was put on to another one that I prefer even better called Colortration. It is both a foundation and corrective makeup specifically designed for people like us. Prior to starting on HRT, I too had a major problem with covering my beard shadow. My 5 o'clock shadow usually started by about 9 am. Colortration is a superior product. They have sample kits to start with and after using mine I was convinced. Go to www.colortration.com (http://www.colortration.com/) and check it out for yourself.

Hope all of this helps and good luck with your feminization there girl.:) ;)

Love,
Christine Renee

One thing I can say about make-up is that nothing is carved in stone. There are application guides that can be found everywhere, but I think it is fun just to play with it and discover different looks and what works for you. After applying your foundation, your face is the canvas you create on.
Have Fun,
Vickie
