How do you girls do this?
I think it's an important part to a young girl's look. I'm about average sized and I got a great booty but noooooo hips.
Do I add padding? Cinch the waist? I want to fill those somewhat baggy areas of my tight jeans.
Love to hear your thoughts!

That's easy. Don't wear fem jeans!! Ohhhh and pick skirts that flare out and have more material to simulate an hourglass figure! There's always a Veronica!! Google it! 3 styles!

I wear padded hip and butt girdle. Got it at Penny's catalog for 39.95. Shopped online--but ordered it at catalog desk at store. Picked it up at store desk.

I have two pairs of padded panties I bought on eBay. They seem to work quite well.
i bought a pair of cello brand jeans and they fit great. I have limited booty as well, but these seemed to do the fem trick well.

Style and cut are a big issue. I tend to wear juniors sizes as the hips are cut a little narrower than that of misses. Try it some time. Lay a pair of misses(2,4,6,...etc) jeans flat, you can actually see the roundness of the curves on the hips.

Cool dude (oops, I mean chicky). If you want to be a hippy chick, get out your caftan, peace sign and put flowers in your hair. I guess I'm really dating myself.

I thought this as well, I was going to recommend not shaving your pits/legs, going with the patchoulli oil perfume and slapping a Chief Seattle bumper sticker on your air cooled Beetle (wait, I know a little too much about this).
My advice, go with a good custom fit corset. Expect to spend 100 bucks minimum, but at least on my body, the results are much better than with a padded panty (alone or with a corset).

I tried using the panty girdle with removable hip and butt pads; but, I found that they didn't look real because the pads were not quite in the right place and there were gaps between the pads. After some experimentation, I discovered that the pads work best when used without the panty girdle. I simply insert six pads between my panties and pantyhose. I use the softer foam rubber pads and i position them so that they fill out the butt and wrap around toward the hips. It looks so realistic and you hardly know your wearing them. They also stay in place. Has anyone else done this? Or is there a better method?

I got teased as a kid for MY big butt too----but alas! the rest of me grew, but my butt didnt. The best I can manage is straight up and down.--so I need a skirt to give the illusion of hips

I don't use padding but I swear by A-line skirts.

I use hand made foam pads, very long on my hips. It's one of the tips I got from a CD (compact disc) from Grae Phillips. My bottoms is ok in jeans but I have no hips. These give me a athletic build that looks a little hippy chick to me. Try different sizes until you find the right one for your build. You might put them in so they don't fall out in the bathroom (had that happen once!)

Those hips are gorgeous, girl! Do you have any photos of the pads by themselves, Sally? I'd love to see what they look like... maybe with something beside them for size reference?
Beautiful!

I don't want to take credit for these ideas. If you want a great tutorial on getting a good female shape and look then check out this site. The video can be ordered or downloaded. http://www.graephillips.com/makeover.html
Sally,
THANKS! Just the ticket. What an excellent question. I have two padded panties one with added padding in the butt and the other on the butt and sides.. But the padding is not elongated...but rather short and I don't like the look. I'll be looking at your suggestion!!!:hugs:

I use handmade hip and butt pads; I've made them quite a few times and I've found that they work pretty well. Like Sally, I've found that the hip pads need to be longer than those that I've tried in padded garments I've found in catalogs.
