How does a girl go about getting that super sexy wet lip look, Is it lip gloss like i'm thinking that acheives such a look?

Mostly, but there is one brand of lipstick that has a high glossy look. I just can't remember the name of it though.

Naomi,

There are different products that can achieve the wet look. I like to use a lip balm first to seal in moisture, then color, then, a coat of lipgloss for those irresistable lips.

Rimmel makes a great product, definitely my favorite of the drugstore brands.

An easy way to do the wet look is to use a lipstick, blot it, then put a lip gloss over it. Urban Decay's XXX lip gloss is one that I'm particularly fond of.

Collen is right. Color as a base although you may need lip liner, and I use Merle Norman -Tonic ( clear) DeLights gloss on top for that ultra wet look. Amazing. Rimmell is good stuff, but it's very soft. I have had several lipsticks break in half. I did get several lip gloss's from Wallgreen's for $1.99 each or 2 for $ 3.00. But the Rimmell stuff is very creamy, and smooth...BJ

Rimmel sounds yummy, although I don't like it when the lipstick breaks--it's very messy!

Use a brush to apply the lipstik intead of applying it directly to the lips.

Exactly. A soft lipstick is actually better if you're doing a brush application. It'll stick to the brush easier, and spread better.

I use Cover Girl Outlast. Comes with a stick of gloss that you reapply as needed. Color does not wear off, either. I love it!

If you are desiring lips with the most shine, MAC LIPGLASS (not lipgloss) is what you want. I got mine off ebay....loved it so much that I immediately got 2 more.
