View Full Version : What do you wear to bed? FtM & GG

Ok, the MtF's have a thread going on their side about what they wear to bed so I figured might as well start one over here.
So this question is for FTM & GG only.
What do you sleep in?
I usually sleep in boxers and a t-shirt. Before when I use to wear nothing but girls clothes, I also use to pick out the womens pj's that were shirt and short sets.
This makes me curious as to what GG's would wear to sleep for a comparison.

Depends on the weather ;) sometimes nothing, but mostly a silk/satin nightie and thongs ;) and no, I'm not posting pictures :p
<edit> This is the kind I normally wear to bed ;)

It varies, starting from a shirt and boxers, and working it's way down to nothing. So I might wear just a shirt, or just boxers, or both, or nothing at all.

If I take a shower before bed, then nothing. More often than not, just underwear, though. I sometimes wear a t-shirt, sweats, or pyjamas if it's cold though.

t-shirt and baggy pj pants or shorts, depending on the weather. Sometimes if it's really warm a tank top or sports bra.

A tshirt and shorts. Also when it's cold, my bed is warm enough.

Ditto . . . that Kieron is such a copycat. :heehee: I just got cool Spiderman PJ bottoms too. Although if it gets too hot in the middle of the night, I've been known to wake up without anything on. :D
And, like you, Rev, even when I wore female jammies, they were short sets. Hmmm . . . sounds like we shop at the same stores.
Okay, is Tamara the only GG who's willing to share?

Pyjamas, or pyjama bottoms and a t shirt, or boxers and a t shirt, or boxers and nothing, or pyjama trousers and nothing. Or... occasionally... nothing!
When I wear nothing or nothing on the top I usually get a bit pissed off though because it makes me notice I have boobs and I get all cross and frustrated and a tad disgusted.

well,
now that elly is wearing female clothes all the time I feel free not to wear camisole's anymore (only for special occasions like our anniversary or something). Usually I wear boxers; Miami Ink with a dragon on it or my cars boxers from the Cars movie, and a Pink & Stuff shirt for breast cancer awareness. I find them quite comfortable, besides in bed I feel like a guy in some ways so why not? :o

Boys jsut love to know what we sleep in don't they! :heehee:
Okay, so like Tam said, it depends on the weather. During the summer I have satin pj tops, cotton tanks or if I am really warm...nothing.
Winter...long sleeve cotton gowns, waffel cotton pj's, and my older concert t-shirts make good night shirts too.
I don't liek traditional satin or sexy strappy gowns because I twist and turn alot during the night and those just get tangled up and I wind up half strangled!

Generally nothing- or if I'm cold a T shirt or cotton nightdress. Don't like to feel too restricted in bed!

I'm a Tigger fanatic and every year my kids go to the disney store and buy me either extra large Tigger T-shirts or Tigger Sleep shirts. They are big, baggy and go halfway to my knees. Very comfy. If I'm with someone ;) ;) then it's nothing at all! :tongueout

Ehem... how gay did I just sound? LOL
He is cool though, it's a fact. ;)

Tigger is cool, Country Girl, he's always so cheerful and upbeat. Crazy then that my favorite Pooh character is the depressed one - Eeyore. But I love him 'cause I've had depression all my life (on and off) and I can relate to him. I even have blue Eeyore jammy pants that I'll wear till they disintigrate - and my son got me a stuffed pirate Eeyore when he went to Disney last February. It's the cutest thing. :D

Eeyore! Oh, my, I do love Eeyore. I have a cowboy talking Eeyore from Disneyland and every time I make him talk I just want to give him a hug cos he sounds so sad. :(
Strange, thinking of cartoons almost as real people . . .

Ha, ha! I knew I couldn't be the only one! :D
I love the way he talks too. Mine doesn't talk, but I used to love to watch the cartoon just to see him. I love how he drags himself around and just looks at his pathetic little tail that never stays on and just sighs. I can so relate to him.
Mine sleeps on my bed with my pirate teddy. Anyone else have a teddy (not the satiny type)?

I seem to have a ridiculous number of stuffed animals for some reason. I think the only one I bought myself was the Eeyore. I've got bears, dogs, cats, you name it.
Two that are special are a black velveteen elephant that's about a million years old, and a chick (as in, a baby bird) my mum had when she was little.
I used to have a tiny pink bear that was bought for me before I was born, but when I was about 12 my dog got hold of it, and, well, ya know how that is.

My nighttime attire is pretty boring. Shorts and t-shirt in the summer. Mens pj bottoms (my hubby's) or light sweat pants and t-shirt either long or short sleave in the winter. Always socks and never a bra and never undies. When I get home generally the bra is the first to go. And you know what I am talking about. lol. :D :hugs: Kitty

I know what you mean about the bra. Of course, now when I get home, the binder is the first thing to go. :p

I always sleep with my teddy bear!
Her name is Amy, at least right now. It's kinda weird. She was Sarah, and then one day I looked at her and knew her name was Rebekah. Then after a while she stopped being Rebekah and I knew she was Amy. I don't want to say she names herself, but it's never been a conscious decision on my part to change her name...

Lol bi weird you're so funny.
R.e. the Pooh characters... my answer last night did have a line in it that said "and Eeyore, I think he's soo cool... in fact all of the characters from the hundred acre wood are great" but I decided against it 'cos I thought you'd laugh at me... evidently not lol! Wull noo dere's a relief ta be sure.
Also... I have loads of stuffed toys too hehe :o

Winter: Flannel tartan pyjamas with an undershirt too.
Summer: Cotton shorts with a t-shirt.
With: a buckwheat pillow, since Pooh got to fragile to sleep with any more. And a cat curled against me with his head on my upper arm. He frequently gets up just as I'm falling asleep.
In: all cotton sheets.
Under: a duvet.
Dominant colour: blue.

Same thing, depending on the weather. If it's cold out I wear t-shirt and sweat pants, during the summer I'll wear shorts and depending on how hot I'll either go shirtless or just wear a tank top. But if I go topless I make sure to have a shirt near buy so if I have to let the cat out or just in case someone comes in in the morning, cause I'm sure my parents or brother don't want to see me walking around top less.
Shorts/bottoms n tee for me usually! Unless I am ill, sometimes I will wear a hoody if I am ill and freezing cold!

Depends in part on the weather but mostly on my own broken internal thermostat. I generally sleep in nightshirts and have some strappy nighties too but all the tossing and turning has them cutting into my shoulders so I end up in just panties most the time. Ditto Kitty on the ditching the bra asap. Who in their right mind would want to sleep in the darn things?? Yuck!! If I am sick I have on sweat pants and a hoodie, along with some heavy socks.
And yeppers I have me several teddy bears and a couple of furbies too. Amazing what those things will learn to say isn't it? :D

If I'm at home, I wear underwear and nothing else. If I'm out of town I wear a t-shirt also. The only time I don't wear pj bottoms is when I sleep. They're quite literally my daily attire. I go to school in them, go in public in them, stay at home in them. The only time I wear normal pants is when either I forget to do laundry and am out of pj bottoms or when I am supposed to be dressed not quite so casual.
