Where to XDress safely in Central PA

Does anybody know of any CD friendly clubs etc. to go to in Central PA? I have trying to perfect my look and have built up enough desire and courage to venture out. The only problem is I also want to be safe and would prefer to be around other CDers for my first time.

Any help is appreciated.

may be for you first time out you should go to a cd convention like fan fair
or one of the other big conventions lots of other cd s as for safety is life safe in femme or drab ?
