consider yourself a crossdresser?.....I am a 34 masculine married male....built...who in the past enjoyed wearing stockings and lingerie. Always while I am home alone...enjoying myself...I also have a fetish for fur...would this be considered crossdressing or more of a sexual fetish. I do like the feeling and would like to do more if the oppertunity was there.

It's all amatter of how you identify yourself, but I'd say when you stop dressing solely for sexual pleasure and do it just for the heck of it. Like when you do housework in a dress, I'd say then you've crossed the line. However, I don't know that anyone could say specifically where the line is.

I wouldnt say that there is anyTHING or ONE that IS a crossdresser, except in the most general of terms.

Crossdressing is what some of us DO, NOT what we are. AS there are MANY different reasons for CDing, From thrill seeking, to fetish, to full blown transgenderisim (transsexuality) Calling someone or yourself a crossdresser really has as little useful meaning as calling a person who coughs a "Cougher".---People cough for various reasons too. like a cold, something in their throat, etc.

Crossdressing is a VERB not a noun. Like a cough its something we DO in response to various conditions. I CD to "escape" myself and relax, while others may CD to "come home" to what they feel is their 'real self"---while others CD to get the THRILL/HIGH from breaking taboos. CD is merley a response to many factors, NOT what one IS.

I dont think there IS a "line" one crosses other than Achieving "the good feeling" by means of CDing. And that can be to any degree of CD---so long as it WORKS for what you intend it to do for you.

CDing is wonderful. I mopped the kitchen floor yeaterday in an old drab plaid denim dress. I didn't want to ruin any of my other dresses if I splashed bleach on my self. Just do what you feel and never regret it.

I dont think there is any hard and fast rule as to when you are a crossdresser. By definition if you dress, have dressed, in clothes of the oppisite sex, you are/were a crossdresser.
