Not yet that I know of. Bit give 'em time. If there's money to be made (from gullible people like us),I'm sure someone will come out with it, "Gold Edition" and all. EKR

Didn't play it, but it would be interesting to know how The Sims reacts on CDing.
We could suggest a TG-add-on.:D

Hm, that even could be one of the more promising attempts to rise awareness and acceptance.
But I bet Maxis doesn't dare.

Any programmers here ??? Game wise ?

PS: The Sims seems to allow at least homosexuality.

Well, most role playing games allow you to choose your character and it's outfit. So while you may not be able to chose a male character with a dress you like, you CAN be a female in the games. I know this because I asked my son, who knows nothing of my favorite past time, why he chose to be a female character. He tells me that if he is going to spend hours watching this character from behind, he doesn't want to be looking at a guy! lol

Well, I don't know if this counts but, Bridget in the game Guilty Gear, a young boy in a nun habit; the excuse is that he's an identical twin, and as identical twin boys are bad luck in his home town, he was raised as a girl to prevent getting him killed. I asked my sons why they all want to play Bridget on the game, and they all said it was because the character reminded them of you mom! I wasn't sure what to think as this Bridget character is dressed in a habit and can be quite violent...

For the record, I do not have a violent bone in my body! :p

There is a online game (can not think of the title), but you can chose a female character and then you have to cloth her, get her a job, make money, and even has a red light district where she can be naughty if she want to be.

You should check out "Pretty Pretty Princess."
You move around the board and (depending what square you land on) you get to put on earrings, rings, neclaces, tiara, or a bracelet.
We've played as a family and it was great fun!

Crossdressers caught in a crossfire!! I can see it now!! An army of enfemanently dressed soldiers dancing their way across the country side, destroying anyone that gets in between them and those cute new boots on clearence!!

:D

Doubt it would take off unless it had breast forms made of C4, purses which transform into rocket launchers or pumps that double as land mines!! Hehehe

"Your elastic broke in Walmart, and your panties around your ankles have tripped you into the Christmas Lingerie display, alerting security. Go back three spaces."

:D

"Whilst on the dance floor you realise you have tucked your skirt into your panties. Miss a go."

"Your wife has found your stash. Hand all your Clothing cards to the person on your left."

"This card entitles you to get out of the Disabled Toilets FREE!"

LOL

Go ahead and laugh but I think a LARGE percentage of us did the military thing. Hmm . . . could CDing and the military be linked somehow??

There is Second Life (http://www.secondlife.com) and There (http://www.there.com).

Both online games where ther are no NPC's and you can chose to be male or female. In "There" it's a one time deal and you can not switch genders or wear clothes for the oppisite gender. In Second Life you can be any gender or any form you want to be. Also you can wear any clothes, no gender restrictions.

Diablo II is an online game where you can be one of three female characters an Amazon Bow fighter, a Ninja Assassin and a Sorceress. The online part of the game is free.
