I would imagine that most of us gurls have a "Getting Caught" story. Would you care to share?

I was at a mall window shopping at Macy's dressed, and a woman came up to me & asked a question abouy an outfit. I got real nervous & turned to get away, and in doing so, I bumped into another woman & almost knocked her down. I immediately apologized in my very unfemimine voice. CAUGHT! Both women just stared at me in disbelief!!!!

Well, I was at our church a few months ago, where everyone knows me, and I was standing there talking to some people after the service, and the pastor came up and introduced a new couple all around. Everyone said hello and shook hands, and then the husband stared at me a second and blurted, "But you're a guy!" Well there was an embaraced silence which I broke by saying, "Not so as you are SUPPOSED to notice!"
It turned out alright, he was scolded for his manners by his wife, and they sat and got to know me at the next carry-in lunch.

I've never been "caught" per say by someone I know, dressed enfemme....I've been read probably by more prople than I want to admit to....lol

But I don't get upset or flustered....because I don't really care if someone knows I'm not a female....got the right to wear what I want where I want when I want....

Teresa Amina and I went to a TG Christmas party in the back of a strait bar Friday night. As as we walked past two male customers one said to the other in a loud intoxicated slurred voice "You Know What They Are ?" I smiled and we kept walking.:D

I've done it personally.

Was in Payless when at young girl was trying on some boots started to talk me about the boots with the high heel. So I answer her in my best femme voice she look at me for a sec then we had a great talk about boots and heels because she was 5'9" and thought it would make her to tall. Since I had the same boot and height. I a good time talking to her and her friends. So don't jump when someone talks with you just act like you do this all the time and most people will treat you with respect.

I was out for the first time in several years, in Las Vegas, and was probility caught many times that night. I was feeling Sharon all over and I was Sharon that night. I really do not care if I am caught, yes I will make all of the efforts to pass because this is who I am and want to be. I like wearing what I like to wear and it is nobody's business. But before you go out somewhere do some research. Know where to go and not to go and from there have some fun. In today's world most accepts us, but remimber when you saw you first CD and did you stare?

Sorry Ejaye

Don't have a story, as when my husband and I are out we dont' really care if he gets *read* or not. I mean it happens,,,big whoop....

but I just wanted to say that this is something MORE cd's when out should be prepared for. Female interaction. I mean women, whether they know each other or not, might choose to strike up converstions with others. Espcially if they are alone and have no other women to ask an opinion of.

If you go out, eventually you will have some woman come up and talk to you for seemingly no reason. Standing in line at the grocery store, this lady commented on my purse, then we started talking about the long lines, next thing happend the lady in front of us started asking the lady I was talking to about something that was in her cart {it was a yule log cake}..had she bought it before...then I piped it that I had made one ages ago.

I mean, this happens...so the key is to just go with the flow. Eventually the converstaion will end, the person wil move on and unless they shriek in terror if once they realize you are not a *gg*....well I would not stress it. Most women *not all* , but MOST will not make a scene or embarrass you or anything like that.

This is how women are to other women....if you want to get out in the world as a women.....honey you just gotta get used to it. Otherwise avoid any place woman are seen.:heehee:
