:c9: Last night while at work (I work in call centre for my sins), on of the girls had the most wonderful pair of pink stiletto shoes on last night, they to die for.
Mind I think she may getting abit worried about me she has also worn a pair of leopard spotted stilettos and pair of electric blue boots, which were also gorgeous, and I've comment on these too
Mind you she is 22 and leggy so she can get away with it.
Am I jealous?

Have you complimented her? That's why she wears them. I pay compliments all the time to all the girls where I work. I notice things men normally don"t notice and love me to death. Compliment her!:doll:

Pay her a compliment and tell her you wish you had shoes as nice as hers.

These days I have a clue how nice it is to hear someone say "You look great" and I don't hesitate to offer the same compliment to GG's. Assuming it is offered as a sincere compliment, and not as a come on, I think it is appreciated when they have gone through the effort to find that perfect outfit, or make your hair or makeup exceptional.

maybe you can ask her if you two could share clothes and shoes- maybe she will let you borrow them for a night. Oh but probably dont wear the same size.

I never hesitate to compliment ggs on their hair, make-up, clothes or footwear. I was walking through Zeller's (Target in the US) last week and went by a lady trying on a killer pair of boots. I know from previous expeditions that they have Nothing in my size (11 1/2 - 12). She was alone, and was looking about for an opinion, or 'support'?
Without pausing or slowing down, I said, "Those are awesome! If I were a girl, I would buy them before you can get them!" Her immediate response was surprise, not quite shock, then understanding, finally, happiness or relief. "Well... Thank You!!"
My company has over 900 employees, with about 100 of us in a 'satellite' location. As I was coming down the stair in the 'mother ship' this week, three Head office managers noticed me, ond one, a flashy lady whom I ALWAYS compliment upon her various incredible leather garments said, ".. and I was Just saying, I am SO sorry w isn't here to see my new suede skirt!" It was awesome.
It is not just a CD thing. If you acknowledge anything personal about someone that you see regularly, it indicates some degree of relevance, maybe care.
The flip side, I complimented a female co-worker on her new hairstyle, and her other female co-worker said, 'Hm, and her husband never even noticed." My reaction, not my problem. The guy needs to get his head out of his butt.
I have found that if you make honest comments on items that you notice, without being fakey or weird, people, male and female, appreciate that their efforts have been noticed. w.
