I've finally accepted who and what I am

Please forgive this post, but I just had to tell you all that I've finally accepted who and what I am. I'm a transsexual woman and don't care who knows. After all these years it feels great, I finally realised last night and I know that I've still got a long way to go. Don't ever forget that we're in this together.

I am very happy for you. Clarity of mind on the issue is so important. I confess that I'm standing on the side of the pool. Sometimes, I jump in but I freak out and jump back out again. It is sort of exhausting so reading that you have made it past this is really nice. Thanks for sharing your realization.
