Since I wasn't warned by the experienced in our forum I thought it only fair that I warn the newcommers. I've been shaving my legs since early November and I must warn everyone who is thinking about doing this DONT! This is a very addictive habbit and it must be stopped at all cost!
Yes ladies this self indulgent pampering must cease. Not to mention when I shave my legs it is usually accompanied by a hot bath with fragrance and candles, and Aveeno shave cream which is sooooo smooth and fragrant. STOP!!
I work hard all week and all I can think about is my getaway on Friday night. Should we really be putting ourselvs through this?
Oh the satisfaction after the event, slowly caressing our smooth skin and the feel of our favorite pair of hose sliding over our bare freshly moisturized legs. Are we really worth this pampering (yes). There should be a warning on every razor and can of shaving cream sold that says... the experience will cause an immence feeling of euphoria.
So here it is my warning to all. If you want to shave your legs be prepaired you may feel sensual, euphoric, highly gratified and may experience a strong need to repeat the process. Huggs and happy kisses Wilma.
P.S> here are some pics of my happy legs, naked and with help from my favorite pair of hose.

Which do you use Wilma?

I use the Aveeno Positively Smooth shaving gel and the moisurizer. It promises to retard hair growth and lives up to that promise for me.

My wife has even started using it! She ran out of hers one day, and I gave her mine. Now she's hooked!

NOTE: Positively Smooth ontains soy products, so if allergic to soy, don't use it. I think I posted this warning before, but there are newbies here.

Wilma,

I couldn't have said it better myself! Nice job on the polish, too. <Giggle>

I like the Positively Smooth shave gel too...then finish it up with Aveeno Stress Relief Moisturizing Lotion with natural collodial oatmeal. Calms and relaxes with lavender, chamomile, and ylang-ylang. (just where do they come up with this stuff anyway? - tee-hee) Says it moisturizes for 24 hours too. Dunno about that but it is nice stuff. Love the feeling afterward!:)

Hugs & Kisses,

Hopefully, no one from the Government will read this thread. If they do they will make this practice illegal.
Hugs, Christine

Wilma, thanks for the advice, but you are a few years to late with it I have kept my legs shaved for years now and don't think I could handle the hair now.

Too True Wilma! I use Aveena, and really love it. I keep one razor for my face and another for my body and legs. The only setback I have found to shaving my legs is that, when the weather is -30 C, with a wind, hairy legs do have their place. Of course that is where pantihose and thigh-highs enter the picture. wenda.

I love that smooth feeling. I have body hair that won't quit and I try to shave it 3 times a week. My SO does my back for me. :)

Too late love. Started over a yr ago and just can't stop now. I am actually looking forward to getting a tan this summer. I have already started looking for just the right suit to wear to tan in. Not that easy when you are as picky as I am about your appearence. Will have to try the aveeno though I have been using the skintimate gel thus far, it works ok but if the other retards the regroth then I will have to give it a try and see what happens.
