Television News Report from Western PA: A cross dresser prostitute being arrested by an undercover police officer pulled a gun and shot the officer. He is in hospital. The exact way it was reported was,"... a man dressed as a woman and prostituting...". Not a good report for CDing!

I hope the police officer will be fine. The criminal should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and be sentenced to a long prison term. As the prettiest belle at the ball, her dance card will be full.

Warm regards,
Christina Nicole

Well, prosecuted for prostituting fine. I'll withold judgement on the shooting until I hear more. If the officer didn't properly identify themselves and attempted to take her into custody...that's a different story and in some ways GOOD news. Don't mess with crossdressers...you'll possibly get shot!

I am sorry for the police officer...but heck two GGs are on the front page of the Atlanta Journal Constitution this morning for running a escort service from a million dollar home in a country club subdivision. Don't think the whole world willl judge all women from the actions of those two GG prostitutes nor would we be judged for the CDing prostitute up there.

the solution is legal prostution / the oldest profession has yet to be stopped by laws

police should be busy with real criminals not people buying and selling sex

its all but impossible to prove self defense if you kill a law enforcement person / ask Leonard Peltier / moreover few lawyers would even take the case to argue that defense / they have to live in the community and work with the police / it would kill thier ability to do that

nevada was smart

You need to study the Laws regarding the use of deadly force in no way was She justified. The Officer most likely left a wife and children behind.

I don't think I need to study anything at this point. None of us knows the particulars in this case. Until such time as we do, any conclusions are potentially flawed. All I'm saying is self defense *may* be justified in this case. We don't know.

About the ratio of officers shot by crossdressers as opposed to non-crossdressers or women for that matter? I would guess pretty low.Criminals come from all walks of life.Anyone who would take this as typical behavior for any group because of an individuals actions is an idiot. I don`t see how this is bad press for anyone except the person accused.-Angela:bunny: :bunny: :be: :bunny: :bunny:

i think was miss vicky was trying to point out is that in many states the law does not even permit this defense / in others the burden of proof is so great it can not be met /

if he dies its going to be all the best lawyer can do just to keep the needle out of her arm / if he lives its still a life sentence

Well, there's at least one state (Florida?) where the self defense laws are largely in favor of the self defensee.

I tried finding the news reports of this but couldn't. I seem to remember reading something here that the police officer was only wounded?

They would call it justified, or it would not even go to the court.

ie. The police breaking in the wrong house and the owner winning! It has happened but never publicized. It is said that the FBI, DEA and ATF break into the wrong house and kill people all the time. At any one time there are hundreds of law suits. If your loved one dies because of a mistake there is not much consulation for money and it shoved under the run by the government.

Well lets have a look at prostitution. Sex, Ahh not so much. They want the doe but don't won't come across with the act unless there's no way out. Allot of prostitutes try to scam/rob their "dates" and are sometimes the victim of assault or worse. Or in some cases a pimp is involved. The girl/boy sets the "date" up to get robbed by the pimp or worse. Oh did I forget the drug problem among prostitutes ?
And what about diseases ? How will you explain the fact that you brought a little something home to the wife, Huh ? Prostitution maybe the oldest profession but it's one of reasons for the transmission for STD's. So lets sum this up. Prostitution + Drugs + Disease = Crime. Don't kid your self about prostitution not being a criminal act. As far as laws not stopping prostitution, your right. Right along with assault, rape and murder. Something that goes along with prostitution.

nevada regulates / less of all those bad things / to take your logic i would outlaw marraige considering the number of spouses that kill each other

we are talking about harm reduction / and the path to the least harm and the greater common good is the nevada / netherlands model

rape numbers go down when its legal

besides most of those laws were put on the books / or enforcement started in the 20th century because of christian and women's groups/ before that in the victorian era it was common and contained

The event happened in Pittsburgh. I can only go on what I heard on the TV news. The news said nothing about the person being a cd. There were two officers working plain clothes undercover. three women had solicited and were arrested. They were placed into the police cruiser. One broke out and ran away. The police officer chased after the woman and was shot in the process of the chase. He was not wearing body armor as that would have blown his undercover. He is recovering fine in a local hospital.

They must have picked up the prostitute later as she escaped that night.

No other details so far from Pittsburgh news.

This Incident Occured In The City Of Pittsburgh. Undercover Police Officers Were Working A "prostitution Sting" Operation In The City's Uptown Section Along Fifth Ave. This Is An Area Notorious For Prostitution And Drug Activity. The Police Were Working This Area Due To A Large Number Of Citizen Complaints In Regard To The Aforementioned Activity.
These Officers Had Arrested Three Prostitutes And Were Questioning Them In Their Patrol Car. At This Time, One Of The Prostitutes Jumped From The Car And Was Fleeing On Foot. One Of The Arresting Officers Persued The Fleeing Subject. At Some Pont During The Foot Chase, The Prostitute Drew A Hand Gun And Shot The Plain Clothes Officer In The Lower Torseau. The Officer Was Not Wearing Body Armour. The Prostitute Then Escaped On Foot.
The Officer Thought He Was Shot By A Female.
Through Investigation, The Police Learned That The Shooter Was Actually A Male Dressed As A Female. The Following Morning, The Police Arrested A 20 Year Old Black Male, After They Received A Tip That He Was Hiding In The Mckees Rocks Section Of Pittsburgh.
The Officer's Condition Has Been Upgraded To "fair" And He Is Expected To Make A Complete Recovery.
This Information Came From A Pittsburgh Tv News Station

In Canada we have the wright to bare arms but in the winter most people wear jackets. Sorry, just my odd sense of humor coming out. Guns are trouble unless you are hunting for food or politicians. :-)

And, nothing much good comes out of the media about any topic from what I can see.

I don't believe I ever arrested a bush for snorting coke. But I have been told by many hookers that their pimp hooked them on drugs, so they had to work for him to get their fix.

Yeah Vicki, human slavery. We did a dope house bust one night with a juvenile female sex slave chained to a bed. She was clad only in a baby doll naughty and was high on drugs. She was just desert for anyone with the price of admission.
