View Full Version : The Case of the Drooping Foot

I've made an observation. There, see, some males can actually observe things, but then I'm not entirely male.
Here is my observation:
When GGs sit with one leg crossed over the other, the foot on the "upper" leg droops casually and points toward the floor. This enhances the curve of the leg and is quite attractive.
But when I or most genetic males do the same, our foot tends to remain at a right angle to the leg unless we force it down.
Hmmm- why do it be datta way??? Is it cuz they wore high heels when young?? Or is it just one of those little differences we try to emulate?

The years of us guys doing all of our guy things makes the ligaments shortened and therefore less flexible ergo the foot doesn't droop. That and the muscles of the leg are less flexible also. Stretching will lengthen them if that is what you really want but it will take a long time and little benefit. I usually cross my legs at the ankles, instead of the knees Most ladies of my size (big) do likewise.

Its something the GGs do deliberately, a cultivated habbit. Iit has nothing to do with short tendons, etc. It looks 'feminine" Its a kin to how they hold their wrists, keep their upper arms close to their bodies and keeping their thighs pressed together-----etc.
Certian poses look fem and others look masculine, and both males and females learn to move and pose in ways approprate to their gender. Indeed, part of the "freedom" and 'release" I have in CDing is that I dont have to worry that my poses and movements arent "masculine" or not.---I am free to be "limp wristed", or cross my legs at the thigh if i want to. etc.

I know Marina. That "leg crossing--limp wrist" thing comes to me too easily. Scary sometimes:eek:

Donna,
Your are so right about this, but we can do something all GG's do if they do not point their foot down.
That is dangle the shoe on that foot on our toes. It is much easier to slip off the heel of your shoe if you are wearing hosiery. If you flex your toes up, you will "pop / slide" the heel off your foot, leaving only the toes in your shoe. Now these shoes need to be either flats or heels with no strap around the ankle, ie penny loafers or plain pumps / court type shoes. Once you have mastered this slipping the heel off, next you flex your toes to move the shoe up and down.
This is a very feminine activity. Practice it so that you can talk and dangle at the same time.
It also has the added advantage of forcing us to keep our knees together while sitting in a skirt or dress.

I believe Celeste is correct, with my leggs crossed, my food 'dangles', it does not sit at a right angle to my leg. I have been wearing heels and living as a woman for many decades, and must figure that Celeste has it right...
