I would definitely go on a shopping spry, no I would buy a women's clothing store with all the latest fashions how is that.

No sex change for me. I like my parts just the way they are.

I would walk into a Lane Bryant store and buy everything in 14-16 for topd and 18-20 for bottoms. The off to Fashion Bug and then Avenue and on to Kohl's. Then it would be time to call a carpenter to convert a bedroom to a closet...BJ

I'd probably retire or at least take alot more vacation but in regards to CDing I'd probably splurge on a new wardrobe and maybe but a house to store it in and to host some great CD parties. I'd skip the sex change though. Not my thing.

I would live happily ever after.

As far as CD stuff goes, I would probably finally get me a sexy figure skating dress or two, as well as order a couple more Sailor Moon costumes to go with my Sailor Mars dress (Mercury and Jupiter).

Change my name and move to where no one knew me, sit back and enjoy.

Really, I'd move to Tahoe, with a summer house in SF.

If ever got that rich I would do the following:

1) Use it to finance my Psychology grad school (loans would be a thing of the past!)
2) Buy myself a nice condo/home/whatever so that I can move out of my parents' house and be Lisa a lot more often and with a lot more freedom!
3) Definitely finish my course of studies, go into Psychology anyway, and launch a private practice so that I could offer my services free of charge. That's right, free of charge! Screw the insurance companies!

(Well, okay, I'd get myself a nice Lexus, too. :heehee:)

Hugs,

Rats. I thought you DID win the lottery.
I was going to hit you up for a new wardrobe.

I couldn't say what I would do. I might surprise myself with all that money, either being way too generous, or way too selfish. Only by winning it would I know.

I think that's reason enough for me to win it - to find out. Better go buy a ticket.

first of all book a hotel in a central location make it free for all cd.com members and and fly out all the mods and there family's free and have am amazing party, so we all get to meet one and other that would be so cool
next put a few million in a trust fund for all ts who want srs/grs just send me the bill and it gets paid in full
give money to sick kids and make a wish foundation

for me i would find the best plastic surgeon's on this planet and turn myself in to Marilyn Monroe look alike :D , then go shopping , and take a holiday around the world to visit all my friends here ... then if there is anything left over i would give it all away, has my dream came true and i would get back to life

I am still waiting for the big one to hit. Although I love to dress and would love to do it more, I would never have the big change. Not this late in life. I have a life in the my Male world that I have to take care of. Oh, I'm not saying that I wouldn't go and buy a bunch of stuff, because I probably would. I do know that I would help alot of my Family and Friends. I would help people that really need the help, I don't mean anyone who asks for it, I would be looking for those who really need it. This world can be so cruel to so many and a lot don't deserve it. I wouldn't even go and buy a mansion as this is not what I want. Oh, I do want a lot and I would be on permanent vaction, but there are amny things I need to do and many I need to pay back just for being there.

$205,000,000 that is two hundred million dollars and it only takes one ticket to win it all.

I plan on buying several chances.

How about helping to improve this forum

Already decided, I want to buy myself a hotel somewhere (probably close to the sea) and turn it into a place where any of you girls, or boys, can come and have some you time. I could just see me there, behind the reception desk sometime, or whatever, just greeting my new guests. I'd want to have all the facilities of course, you know, beauty salon, maybe a little shop, whatever else comes to mind. I'd like to win enough to do that, sort a few other things and be able to run the place without worrying too much about making a profit. Ahh well, a girl can dream.

TxKimberly
01-20-2007, 08:39 AM
The first thing I would do is make sure my children were going to get a good education. As any of you parents probably know at least as well as I do, it would just about TAKE the lottery to do this. Then pay off the house. Once these two concerns are taken care of, THEN I'll go blow some dough!

First, I would make 4 hospitals, two colleges and a volunteer fire dept. VERY happy. Hire a personal trainer to whip (figuatively speaking) my wife and I into shape, THEN go on the shopping spree. Major landscaping project with tall privacy fence to host a Crossdressers.com Lawn and pool party.

Tiffy...I read this post yesterday evening and thought about it off and on then asked Gary what would he want to do with a million...we laughed and talked about it all evening......so here is what we came up with.....

First, begin construction on the spanish style home that we are hold floor plans on....WOW  what a house....its 3600 sq ft with lots of windows - nice but useful practical space - not outlandish waste of money

Gary and I both would be gone for days shopping...but would end up in diff spots (we have totally diff tastes and thats okay - he can gets his own closet too)...

I would finally get a Tahoe...yes a Chevy...of all things to want....I want a Tahoe - but not just one you see around town....mahogany in the dash - bells and whistles all over it...saw one when I lived in PA it was awsome and I want one....

He wants a Nissan Murano...if we dont buy one this year....says he likes the tires on it - I think thats an odd reason to like and want a vehicle but you know...diff strokes for diff folks...

His and hers BMW Z's - I like the 4's he likes the 6's -mid-life crisis cars

Money would be put back to insure our kids dont have the chance to put us in crappy nursing homes (my daughter has already reminded me that I should be nice to her since she will decide which nursing home I will go into when I am old - she is only 14 and already plotting...lol) when the time comes

Sounds boring to most I am sure....wont spend it over night - god gotta pay the taxes on that stuff we buy....BUT.....we wont leave a dime of it behind for our kids to fight over when we die....lol......that we do know

Thanks for posting such a fun question....its been fun to read what others would do with tons of money...seems we all would shop till we dropped if turned loose with money ....xoxoxoxC/

If I didn't have to worry about the money, I would open up a small cafe/bar where anyone would be welcome, even dogs. It would be a trans gender friendly place with live music on Friday nights and some table and chairs outside on the side walks. I would enjoy just being the owner and have time to talk to people, enjoy life. the thing is, I already enjoy life, I just think that sometimes my work is a bit too solitary. :tongueout

Hmmmm....first off I am pretty lucky as it is. Have my own place, get to dress a bunch, have a nice job, etc. Sometimes we forget all that.

But!!! :tongueout If I did win say the mega millions deal...thats the one I play, I start buying tickets when its like 30M or better. I would get a lawyer and accountant and claim my prize with out revealing my name. Too much trouble comes from that, most winners go racing down to the lotto office and have their mug shot plastered all over the news. Then no one will leave them alone!

Anyway I would parcel out about half to my mom, brothers and set up trusts for da kids.

Then I would buy a penthouse condo down in Midtown Atlanta and perhaps a condo in SF and one in NY. Would jet around when I did not have da kids enjoying the tranny scene in Atl, SF and NY. In Atlanta for example the way to climb socially is to be involved in charities. In other words fork out the dough! So I would try to run with da big dogs in the charity circuit and be a bit of a tranny pioneer in that field. Lots of kewl parties and stuff like that, might even get in the society page of the newspaper if I was lucky.

Of course I'd prob would have some plastic surgery, mainly to combat my 44 years old wrinkles...maybe would get boobies!!!

Fun to think about but its really not going to happen.

Hugs

Deidra

Oh wow Amy how nice is that. I was just looking thru these answers and wondering who would actually think of others and not just themselves and you were the first one. When you think about it you could do alot of good if you won the lottery and still enjoy yourself.

Considering how much I won..

I would buy a nice fixer upper hotel, and begin converting it into a meeting place for us. Full makeover salons and nightclub on the first floor. Indoor and outdoor pool with full workout room and sundeck. Complete check-in as a male, get transformed into the girl of your dreams, spend the night dancing in our nightclub and the night/weekend in a private room complete with private maid.

Rachel Morley
01-20-2007, 02:53 PM
Well, it would depend on how much I won, but assuming it was several millions and that there was no way I would use it all up in my lifetime, I would quit my job and Marla and I would spend the rest of our lives "on vacation".

We'd probabaly go to all the places in the would we've ever wanted to (just for fun and to see what they were like) also I would be en femme a lot more of the time. We'd almost certainly move house to a nicer home probabaly on the (Pacific) coast. We'd also make sure our family members were ok by giving them some of our winnings so that they didn't have to worry about money.

Well, it doesn't take that much to satisfy *me*. I've had very little money over the years, and now I'm about to recieve money from a lawsuit settlement - enough money so I can spend one or two thousand dollars on femme stuff. Hey, real breast forms! And a fair-sized shopping spree. I don't know if hair removal is too expensive or even if my insurance might cover it - I'm starting to think about that a bit.
Anyway, it feels like I'm getting a small fortune, though most people deal with that much money routinely.

Gosh, that is easy to answer: If i suddenly had zillions of $$$, i would, do the following as fast as reasonably possible:

1) Hormones
2) FFS
3) Relocate and become a fulltime girl
4) SRS and BA
5) Accumulate a world class wardrobe for my new and improved self.

thanks for asking.

I'd put a dressmaker on staff. I would have an enormous closet that I could crawl out of.

natasha
01-20-2007, 11:55 PM
That has to be the most easiest answer ever. Lets see, wouldnt have to worry about what coworkers would say, the real friends would still hang around. Family would be a little tough but I'm the blacksheep anyway so what would be any different.

I had to think about this one Tiffany. I think Sejd hit on the best idea for me. I would open some kind of club or retreat for TG folks where they could go to sit back, relax, kick their shoes off (if they wanted to) and let their hair(or wig) down. It wouldn't be a money maker but more of a co-op idea and non-profit, where everyone would chip in to help as needed and just generally have a good time. It wouldn't be a TG Org or anything like that, just a place to get away where folks could enjoy being who they are. We could also organize get togethers and picnics, etc.where the SO's and friends would be invited. I know this sounds kind of idealistic but with the right people, we may be able to pull it off. Most of all, it would be a place for people getting together as people and appreciating each other.

Salandra, When I started this thread, I was only thinking about myself!!!
It was a THREAD IDEA!!!! Now, after reading all of the replys. Yes, Yes, Yes!!!

Cheers Girls!!

Well, I've had this idea in mind for awhile now Tiff. It seems when Orgs are involved, people have a hard time committing to stuff. If you had a free based place, like you said a Cheers bar or something like that, I could see nothing but willingness. As far as spending money on myself, don't kid yourself Dear, I would do that but to be realistic, there is only so much I can really do for this mugg no matter how much money I spend. Stiil, I do enjoy a little self indulgence once in a while but most of that I can do for myself.;) :battingeyelashes:

I'm gonna go to Wisconsin to buy Powerball after tonight's $240 million drawing. Maybe no one might win so I'm gonna spend $40 on the next one.

Well, if I won, I'd first travel around the world before buying anything. See places like Japan, most of Europe, and then get an RV and travel America. After I've had my fill of travel, I'd probaly start a business.

I would next indulge in a collection of classic old school bmx bikes, expensive road and triathlon bikes with expensive wheels (like Zipp wheels) and an expensive powermeter (SRMs or ergomo pros). Reason I need the bikes is because I would have to work out more because I would then enjoy eating out more at fancy reastaurants or any good food that I like.

Well, I actually have an embarrassingly large women's clothes collection -- more clothes than my aunt and mom combined! So I'd be very very picky in buying anymore women's clothes but at least I'd be able to afford St. John stuff brand new. Most high end designer women's clothes are ugly to me, and I often find nothing I like at Victorias Secret! So I don't actually need lots of money to make me happy in the women's clothes dept. I'm happy with even a good thrift store buy of a nice item!

first i would invest so hopefully, i never run out of money. 30 yrs ago my dad was 1 number away from $1,ooo,ooo cdn. that was a lot of money back then especially since lottery winnings are considered 'windfall' in Canada - not taxable. same as bingo or gambling! the guy who won the money spent it all in about 2 yrs. new house, new vehicles, lots of new clothes (both genders) and a long gay cruise, spent entirely en femme  :daydreaming: with a makeover every day.

Winning $200,000,000 would be a life changing experience. I could put on a skirt or dress and go anywhere I wanted and I would no longer be one of those "weirdo transvestite guys". Lawren and I talked about it too. Various charities would be getting a nice surprise, and my daughters college debts would be paid off, then we find the house of our dreams, settle into it and yeah, kinda a spending spree for clothes, books and computers. Hehehehehee...our own library!
