Knowing when to not spend.

:rant: I am mostly a closet dresser and even though I would like to improve
my abilities I also know that my professional life and family life do not allow for
it. I go through times when I want to splurge on Tommi, then things will get
busy in other areas of life and Tommi takes the back seat first.
That is one of the many reasons I keep my wardrobe small, what I'm wondering is if I am the only one that feels this way?:sorry:
Sometimes it just helps to vent.
