what are some good ideas for my so as far as a place to work while she goes through a transition? we are not transitioning yet we just want to start figuring all this out. i have only know for 6-7 months and it is really hard for me to support him/her because i don't know specific answeres to questions like these.

mabe in a bar that has cd/ts that go in just a guess i have been to bars that have dragqueens on stage and cd/ts serving good luck

No easy or quick answers here. What does your S/O do for a living now? Can she continue there? If a new job is necessary, then what are the prospective employers policies regarding non discrimination? In some places/jobs transition would mean instant job loss and in others it wouldn't matter. You don't give enough info to make any but the most general type of advice possible. One source of information might be the International Foundation for Gender Education at www.ifge.org - Good luck and hang in there.
