Home made gaff?

I've heard of a method of making a gaff from a pair of tights, but have not found any reference to how this is actually done. I noticed on Ebay someone is actually selling instructions to do this, but i'm sure the information is out there for free somewhere.

I have to admit to being interested to know how this works (or other methods work) but I'm able to tuck with out problems myself anyway.

Any one have any creative ideas on this?

I've never found that to be necessary. Just do the tucking, and pull up tight fitting panties and panty hose. Stays in place for a long time.
