Hi all,

What a shock. I took a short video of myself the other day walking as best I know how. Took smaller steps, one in front of the other - great - but my shoulders :eek: ! Looks like I'm on a ship in rough seas! Now utterly scared off from going out. How do I solve this one?

The legs and hips from the rest of the spine. Do exercises that work the lower back and bring flexibility to the hip region, instead of just build the lower back.

Practice by using the old book on the head routine and "float" around instead of the typical clomping of the male foot.

Try keeping one elbow close to your side, a clutch purse helps. This locks one shoulder inline with your pelvis on that side. Extra movement will be transmitted to your other arm in the form of a swing.
