I've also answered this on an earlier, similar thread. But I can tell you that since joining this forum I have developed a different attitude toward the idea of being "caught." Although I still keep my CDing secret from friends, relatives, and work colleagues, when I go out, I no longer think much about getting caught.
I was pulled over by the state patrol while I was dress en femme and driving about two miles from my home. I was more calm than I thought that I would be and the "stop" went smoothly without any problem regarding the way I was dressed.

Oh, gosh yes...

The first time was by my sister. I was about 13 and was wearing tights and a black leotard.

Later by my wife, wearing her new black bra, black panties, a fitted slip, pumps (mine), with full makeup. She was pissed at first because I was wearing "her" clothes, but later laughed about my "antics" and said I looked too good. She is ok to make-out while dressed, but she is not interested in me going out of the house. I would really like to "club" it with her, but she's not there yet.

It was about a 1/2 year into me starting. I "borrowed" some nylons and shoes from my mom when I was about 12/13ish and one day my mom went through my room and removed everything crossdressing that I borrowed from her. I went to her room one time to get some nylons back and on the box it said these are hers and i should not wear them and she asked me to return her shoes back.

to this day she has never said anything to me and Im now 21 y/o. I know she knows I dress but opts to think that I really dont. Kinda weird if you ask me. Sadly my parents are your typical "old fashioned" families and something like this would have me disowned in a heartbeat.

By my mom when I was 14. I put on her bra and half-slip overnight, wrapped myself up on the covers nice and tight, and fell asleep. Appearantly I tossed the covers off in my sleep because the next thing I know, I hear "Why are you wearing a bra?" She thought it was cute.

Yeah.. I posted this story before....
I got all dolled up one night not too long ago and also had a few too many cocktails and beer. I passed out, She came home to see a drunk cross dressed husband on the floor. (HeHe..) :rolleyes:
She does accept me though, She has told me soo, but SHE is kinda shy about the matter. We are still working things out a bit, and she will be putty within her new Girlfriends hands soon, I am sure. She asks me all of the time now, Does this blouse go with this dress ETC.. She does trust my taste after that night... I think. :) This will turn out alright, AND it is GOOD that I was finally "caught", in the long run. Such a waight off of my shoulders, I only wish I could have told her at least 5 years ago... I can only implore any CD in a NEW relationship to just let her know everything... I wish I did, So that I would not be an older CD with my SO as opposed to being a younger one, as well as to let them know for the sake of honesty, and not to hurt them..

I've been caught a few times by my wife, also had some near misses.

She caught me one night when she returned home early and I was just down to pants and stockings when she got in. I was in the dog house for weeks.

Next time she only found out when I had painted my toe nails and when drabing back down found she had no remover. I did well to keep the nails covered but next morning she saw the red and I was in it again........

I nearly got caught when a friend called and I was in undies in the front room, the door was obviously locked but he looked through the front window to see if anyone was in, I ducked and still to this day don't know if he saw me.

Another time in the front room in undies and sandles I was hoovering up and a nosy neighbour walked past with the dog, when I looked up he was just turning his head away, I don't know if he saw me or if the sun on the windows saved me but I keep out of his way now.

i would love to hear those stories too

mine are not totally related....

i used to put on my mothers underwear
and i would be shivering in the house(no...not because it was ireland or because of the skimpy wear....lol)
but out of fear of getting caught
it was a constant thought of mine "what if she catcjhes me"

i was never caught but later in life i "confessed"
and what was the reply?!
my mother has never had a problem with the way i wanted to be as long as i was respectful to myself and to others....i know i am lucky with my mother and father and essentially my surrounding family

but i have been allowed wear my girlfriends knickers by many of my girlfriends
none of my irish girlfriends would have allowed me be like that
so i guess i am saying that in europe,with nude beaches and a general openess for nudity and transvestite -ness
that wearing these things and being yourself is proving to be less difficult when i get older and further away from ireland...lol

i am sure there are stories out there that would have us all in stitches -laughing
and it would make for some interesting reading
anyway this is my second post here
as you see....lots to say......hope you are getting what i am trying to say

only once by my mom years ago. I was wearing one of her pink dresses and I got caught, she demanded I take it off at once and hand it back to her. I thought she would have told my dad about it but she never.

I've had a few close calls with the wife though. one time i knew she was napping upstairs so I thought I would sneak in some dress up time. Well I got half way dressed when I heard her get up. I was able to take off all the clothes and throw them in the corner, but when she came downstairs there I was standing only in my boxers. Can't remember what I said but she never questioned me about it again.
