I'd suggest you head to the store, fight the urge to flee, and go in and buy something. Look for one pair you like, don't look around to see if anybody is watching, don't offer any information when purchasing. With each time, the fear becomes less and less. Pretty soon you are in there browsing without a care in the world, except the "will these fit" or the "this is so cute, does it stretch" care.

Get yourself 3 pairs of Warner's Not So Innocent panties. You'll think you died and went to heaven ! Best of all it will cost you less than $15 !!! It's a "serve yourself" style store and no one will even notice you druing your selection or at the checkout . While you are there, check the clearance racks . They have loads of bargins on tops, pants, skirts, etc. Even got a really cute pair of shoes for $10 !!

I too used to be very shy about buying panties and other lingere. Went to WalMart and other type stores, no-one noticed or cared but me (thrilling adventure). Like so many other things, if you make it a habit, it will become automatic.
