I have decided to write a book. I am so excited and HAD to share the news. ... and ask for a little assistance. My book is about confessions, things that people would never dare to tell a soul, except, it seems, when it's anonymous.

There are lots of websites where people go and anonymously confess stuff. They're all different, from things as silly as "i skipped work so I wouldn't miss my dogs birthday" to bigger issues like "i had sex with my mom" and "everyday I contemplate suicide, but no one knows... if you knew the reason, you'd want me dead too." .... there's some crazy stuff out there....

Anywho, I have a really cool idea for this book, but I'll write more about that later. For right now, I need to collect more confessions. I'm going to set up a box in the library of my college and at work to get some. I thought this might be a good place to get some as well.

The best way I know to get them and still have it be anonymous is to give you all my e-mail address and you can send them there if you'd like to submit your confessions. You are more than welcome to submit as many as you'd like. Trust me, I have a few I am submitting myself... lol. thanks guys!

I, for one do not want any part of my life placed in any kind of publication. Although I am, sometimes, a bit forward on this forum, it would take a very large sum to allow even part of it to be in published in print anywhere.

Good luck though. I'm sure there are a lot of others somewhere that wouldn't mind it.

I don't hear any serious intention beyond, "yeah this will be cool".

A list of confessions is simply a voyeurs' paradise.

What would give it real value beyond voyeurism? Where's the dignity in this idea?

I think this pretty much says it all, many of us are just not that public minded, not if you want to tell our story in public!
And if anyone where going to write my story, it would be me.

Even using an anon remailer and IP spoofing, How is it anonymous emailing a .EDU?

But wavenet isn't an EDU is it? where exactly is the wireless network server farm forwarding these "anonymous" packet logged emails?
