They do exist. IMO, the younger you are, the more likely you are to find one who does.

Acceptance is based on openness. If you're honest from the get go, and don't spring it on her after 20 years of marriage (or worse, hide it from her until she catches you), you're more likely to find a girl who will at the very least accept, if not embrace it.
