Quantity vs Quality... Supply and Demand.... They wouldn't sell any at $4 if someone wasn't willing to pay $4... And if you feel its to high, don't buy the $4 pair... Buy the .88 cent ones and take a pair of sizzors to them... Make you own pair of skimpy panties!! Heck make two!!! :D
