Dressed and out and about...finally (pics)

Its been 8 months or so since I have fully dressed. I have been wearing my panties, painting my toenails, and pushing the gender line on my choice of what color and print scrubs to wear to work. But I havn't gone all the way. The desire just hasn't been there. It was so bad I havn't even felt the need to post here in the forum much, Just lurk. Recently I have noticed that changing. I have been pushing the em limits more and more lately. Then 3 weeks ago I got the nerve to come out to one of my coworkers that me and my wife have started to hang out with. My coming out promted a girls night out. Bunny ( my wife) and Jocelyn ( our coworker) made the decision and then told me about it. Since we were all off on Wendsday they decided that would be the night, and it would be late dinner and a movie. It has to be late because we all work nights and we all worked the night prior.

Well the night started early for me as I woke up 2 hours early. Must have been nerves or excitement. I used the extra time to paint my nails. Good thing I had the extra time as it still took me so much time to get ready that we got out late. Bunny and I went and picked up Jocelyn and headed to the next town to Olive Garden. This is still a new area for us so I had some concerns over how I would be treated. I didn't need to worry. The most reaction I got was from the other customers and that consisted of some short stares, no dirty looks though. Our waitress didn't even hesitate she simply sked how we ladies were tonight, and thats how she treated us, like a group of ladies out for dinner. It was funny though, we did notice that a lot of the staff seemed to have a reson to be in that area though. Even though one of the other servers gave us a " Have a nice night ladies" as we left. This caused me to leave a good tip and may get a letter to the corprate office. I really felt like I was treated like I was presenting.

Then off to the theatre. The staff there didn't bat an eye at me either. We saw the new Jim Carrey movie "23". It was a pretty good movie. afterwards we went back to Battle Creek and dropped off Jocelyn and came home ourselves. I just hated having to take everything off. After so long not going fully fem I just didn't want it to go.

So not a super exciting night, but a good one. It showed that if we dress and act appropriatly, in many places we will be trated as ladies.

Hqaving an accepting wife is one of the most wonderfull things posible. Having another accepting friend just adds iceing to the cake.

Funny thing about your caption idea Phyliss, is that I have yet to have to use the powde room. For some reason when out in public dressed I get an iron bladder.

Charlene, you looked great. There is nothing more satisfying than being out in public and finding acceptance. I found that after several laser hair treatments on my face my makeup looked much better without the beard showing through. My passability increased 100&#37;.
